Great!

Comfortable, spacious, and beautifully-decorated accommodations in a quiet area. This was a perfect stop for our family vacation, driving from the Golden Circle to Southern Iceland. We loved being able to stargaze from the living room windows (on a cold March night), and we were lucky enough to spot the Northern Lights! If we had more time, we would have loved to try out the hot tub.

Exceptional overnight stay on Icelandic road trip

Wonderful accommodation. Exceptional. Facilities amazing. Bedrooms extremely comfortable Kitchen & Bathrooms very good Hot tub and Barbecue great additions to the house Helga was very helpful and welcoming. A brilliant overnight stay had by all.

Wonderful huge villa in the countryside. Quiet! Hot tub with view of the sunset. Simply amazing. Easy to check-in and check-out. Perfect to explore the Golden Circle corner. Selfoss with supermarket etc is not too far.

Wonderful spacious house on a horse farm

The Iceland Inn was great. It was in a beautiful location on a horse farm and was more than spacious enough for two families or eight total people. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a couple of meals. The wifi worked perfectly even with several people using it at the same time and the hot tub was a nice addition.

Nothing much. We had to ask for more toilet paper as there was only a 1.5 rolls when we arrived. Also the hot tub took several hours to fill (the owner leaves clear instructions...it just takes a while) so plan on starting that process early in the day if you are going to use it.

Comfortable accommodations to make up sleep after a long flight.

Cozy but spacious house with comfortable beds and all the amenities if home.

The building was not well marked which made it a little difficult to find but we found it and gained easy access.

great location, nice house but unwanted inhabitants during the night…

the hot tub, the big house and the location are very nice

the little ‘visitors’ or inhabitants in the attic (mouse or other rodent most likely) we only stayed one night because of a storm on our first night (roads were closed), no refund which is understandable but would’ve been a nice gesture.

Lovely modern house with good sized kitchen and bedrooms. Very quiet. The horse riding place next door looked great, but unfortunately was closed in winter when we were there. Good location for the Golden circle and South coast.

The wifi did not work for us the whole time, even though the host gave us another password to try. Bedding was a little scratchy.

The house, kitchen and bedrooms are bigger than is shown on the pictures, which is a nice surprise! We saw the most beautiful northern lights and a few shooting stars when we were in the hot tub.

Very good

Super Haus, perfect kitchen with all your heart would desire, Coffee etc. Comfortable beds, cosy floor heating, schick leaving room with TV, huge dining table, washing mashine, hot tube. Aaaand.... Northen Lights 😊😊😊 One point to be substracted for the bathroom - shower area. I highly recommend this place and we would book it again! Thanks to the family for renting the house!

I plan to return to Iceland and would try and stay here again. Highly recommend it!

This is an exceptionally modern and comfortable home situated on a horse farm between Selfoss and Fludir. Beautiful setting just off the main road. 4 bedrooms with a large eat-in kitchen and living room! Plus, a hot tub (but we had just come from The Secret Lagoon). Trust me, this is a great value for the $$$. Helga keeps a nice place!

Everything. The house is very spacious and welcoming. It is very cost and nice and warm. This house comes ‘fully loaded’ as it has all the amenities you could want. It’s all around a wonderful place to stay!

Directions to the property need a little improvement but once you locate the property it’s very easy to find it. It’s just finding it for the first time.

A great place to spend some quiet time!

Wow, what a beautiful lodge, the location was stunning and the lodge was lovely, clean and modern. We stayed for 2 nights as part of our 5 night trip. Great base for exploring all the sites. It was -8 outside so we didn't venture into the hot tub in the end, but it looked like it would be very enjoyable! We couldn't fault this lodge or the host. Simply lovely! we hope to return with our 3 kids, as it was a little big for just the 2 of us!
