Prompt room service and restaurant service. Good rooms, good food and clean property.
There was a lot of cigarettes smell in the corridor, bathrooms and lift. AC in the room didnāt function properly.

Room and its completely moist and filled with water

Breakfast was good. They offer you 2 things plus tea.
Apart from that restaurant which is running on ground floor prepares really good food. At 10:30 pm I did not found any place to sit as it seems this restaurant is quite famous in near by local. Families were waiting outside in the queue . I ordered food in my room . Food was very tasty which explain everything :-)
Location
Is very good, Airoli and Thane both are near by.
Rick and bus stand is very near, walkable. Local market is approachable.
Value for money :- 10 /10 for my 2 night visit.
In Airoli thane area, in such price ( can't disclose as they go up and down :-) ) I got very good room which was clean and comfy.
Ranjan -- house keeping is very good and completed order in timely manner.
