Ambience, cleanliness, comfortable, feel at home.

Parking could have been a better one. But then that is not again a did not like. We had adjacent roads for parking. And moreover it was safe only. Otherwise prime location. Proximity to all tourist attractions.. Overall it is a better stay only.

The host was very helpful. Place was well kept and clean. Would highly recommend selvi villa especially those travelling with family.

I stayed for 3 nights with 5 elders n 4 kids in 3bhk located at ground floor.we throughly enjoyed the stay. Everything mentioned was in order, care takers and onwer both were quick responsive and supporting throughout stay. Villa is very spacious, neat and clean. , amenities, everthing in order. Easy to find on map. It's 10 minutes walk from main road.Near rock beach, 15 minutes drive. We asked for 2 extra mattresses, were provided without any charge.kitchen is fully functional. Thank you Mr Ram and Babu.

Property was neat and clean

Spacious apartment (we took the ground floor and there were some others on the first floor), which had a big living room, three reasonably sized bedrooms, a kitchen, two attached bathrooms and one general. It is located just about 700 m from the main road and hence well connected. The owner and local rep were very responsive and helpful. There was a lady who came in to clean up and empty the garbage once a day. Towels, bedsheets, pillows, basic utensils, crockery and toiletries were provided, and all bedrooms had split ACs which worked and were silent. Overall, the property per se and its facilities were good VFM but the environment around is not conducive if you are looking for a tranquil holiday. More on that below.

There is a huge and stinking drainage just as you torn in from the main road towards this location which is a dampened if you are not used to such (We were not). Just outside the front gate of the property is another open drain and the street it meets has a lot of garbage deposited on the sides with dogs crows feeding on it. Parking is a nightmare if your vehicle is anything more than a sedan and you will need to park on the adjacent street and lug your bags to the property. Noise from the top floor occupants and the neighboring houses comes through within which is another spoiler if you are a light sleeper. Provision of a basic washing machine may be a great value add for the property.
