High quality excellent accommodation

We loved the privacy of the villa. The staff were very happy and willing to help. The location was amazing, close to everything but very quiet. Best night sleep. Excellent food at the restaurant. Beach front location.

The only negative was the bikes were not in a good condition when we got them however they were put right when we pointed out the problems. The staff were not always attentive when we required drinks on the beach and we had to move to get their attention, I know this sounds lazy but when you are paying for one of the highest priced accommodation on the island you expect excellent service.

A magical experince of a lifetime.. You are worth it, you tavelled all that way, do it.

This is the REAL DEAL. If you are looking for That Truly Divine Luxury Island Villa Experince with simply it ALL., this is it. You are here. I came back, I'm coming back again (to be worked out at a later date). All the resort team are a dream. Everyone makes every moment special. The resort dream team are all personable and warm, looking to help make each moment count, from smiles from the team on arrival to waves goodbye and more smiles when leaving. Memomable monents everywhere as is the thoughtfulness and the details of the villa and resort. I arrived a bit early and the team said they had upgraded me as a return guest to the from one bedroom villa with pool a to two bedroom villa with pool. So that day, I went to heaven. The gorgeous pool was huge, the flowers growing across the walls on the side of the villas walls. Looking onto to the pool is the bedroom with 3 lines of delicate flowers, works of art on the bed, on the white sheets and soft pillows. Best sleep ever and apparently I did not snore, win-win for everyone. So comfy. Fan, Air con, marble shower. Big open living area, comfy couch, huge TV. Super Private, Super Quiet, which was lovely. Beach out front with dedicated sun loungers and umbrellas with tables on the beach a and table service, and the beach the blue water, the white sand, the bathtub warm water, the gorgeous everywhere you look. Take me back. The coffee, the food, the people, the room, the lighting of the mosquito colis at night inside a clay pot shaped like a turtle, the laneway of plants. Comfy loungers, soft towels, happy times. Perfect locaion. Get a bike, go right, sundet beaches, go left restaurants, turtles in the beach, LOTS OF TURTLES, at the beach, just with a snorkel and mask and fins. This is it. You have travelled all that way, all that distance, make it special, you deserve it, your only regret is having to leave. They even make that special too.

I didnt like leaving,I seriosuly considered that if I won the lottery, would I live here? Maybe. The rental bikes maybe could do with a little loving :) They were magical and very safe, we discovered half way across the isalnd that my partners back brakes were slightly too tight and he had been pedalling hard all the time. Meanwhile I am gliding along. A quick bike change solved all when we got back on track. Maybe a little oil for the poor guys too :) Nothing to dislike

Beautiful villa, great pool, very spacious, comfortable beds, huge bathrooms. Very helpful staff. Great location close to main area but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Lovely restaurant serving good food with beach view.

Perfect location, highly recommended.

Amazing location - easy to use the bikes and ride around the island - close to great restaurants and cafes. The beach is directly in front of the villa and is beautiful. The staff were friendly, professional and really helpful - we would often have our fruit / coffee / fresh juice delivered to us on the beach or in our villa. Pool was great, rooms clean and spacious, cleaning staff and pool cleaners were so lovely and very respectful.

The 3 bedroom Villa is amazing and in a beautiful spot however it’s a little noisy from people walking past / horses transporting people until 2/3am

Absolute paradise on Gili Trawangan

The 3 bedroom villa at the front of the resort is AMAZING!!!! it is the one featured on their website and opens directly onto the beach. At night you fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful staff. They even let our 12 year old cut up his pineapple in the kitchen! Nothing was too much trouble. Our dinner on our last night was wonderful, right on the beach under the stars. So many thoughtful steps as we were there celebrating our wedding anniversary. The kids loved staying. Possibly too much space for a family of 4 but you were never in each other's pockets. A bure for breakfast, another to relax, sun loungers on the balcony.... The morning breakfasts in private overlooking the beach were very tasty and the beds were super comfy too. The location was perfect . Close to busy bars and restaurants, as well as sunset Beach, but far enough away that it was quiet. This resort is perfectly located on the island and it is very safe aswell.

That we'd only booked for 4 nights.

I love how the place felt like your own house. Two major bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room was gigantic…and they had Netflix! amazing Villa and very spacious!!!! Loved it❤️

everything was great! Breakfast was amazing. They have the best pancakes I’ve ever tasted. Also, the location was centered perfect!!!!!!

You must stay here - best location and amazing villas. The staff are incredible

The staff were absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the owner who told us what we needed to know ana booked our bikes and a boat tour for the next day. You must stay here. The accomodation is amazing, best location and the staff went above and beyond to make sure my birthday was special. A special towel decoration was on our beds when we came back from the snorkelling they organised, and then a romantic dinner on the beach with Happy Birthday message on the sand. They made our holiday one that I will never forget. Thank you 🙏

Fantastic stay overall.

The Breakfast was perfect every time with exceptional service. The location was sensational with easy access to the beach and central precinct.

No toilet roll holders in the toilets. No bedside tables next to the bed.

Superb stay

Ganesha villa was stunning. Staff were attentive and very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Rooms were superb. Restaurant on the lovely beachfront had great range of fresh and delicious food and cocktails. Great location just at the end of the main strip yet close to the path leading to the quieter areas of the island. Management team went over and above when we needed their extra assistance.

Amazing place

Quietness relaxing and most of all reception lady nung was so nice and profitional and si kind along with the other guy too. Catering staff so kind. Over all . Staff are exceptionally amazing in this trip.they know how to handle situations and provide help. Food is fantastic

Miusquitos was annoying As five star resort we should get more amenities inside the room like slippers Reception is close at night!! So in case of emergency dont know what will happen !!
