The cottage was beautiful . It was in a perfect location in the middle of Christchurch. We had a dog with us so it was great to have a garden area. The cottage was very well equipped. It has an excellent shower. The bedroom was a lovely size, the bed very comfortable.
When I booked the cottage it was described as having two bedrooms. It only has one, with a sofa bed in the lounge. We were staying there with a friend and expected to have a bedroom each. It was really disappointing and awkward.

The house is gorgeous and clean. The decor is lovely and it had everything we needed. The best part is the location - so central and right in the hustle and bustle of Christchurch. Just lovely.

Lovely little cottage for our short stay, great location and beautifully decorated.
Parking was easy, 5 min walk away. Use the Just Park App much easier to extend your stay etc.
Some of the places we visited were the Beach Hut Cafe right on the beach 10 min drive. Evening meal at the Noisy Lobster beautiful food and a sun terrace for cocktails again 10 minute drive.
This is not negative but some feedback
A guestbook would helpful, often find these in holiday lets. It enables guest to perhaps see where places to eat and places to visit. Also enables guests to leave messages to the host.
No recycling bins ie paper/ tins and bottles
TV - yes there is a TV but you have to use your own account ie ITV/BBC account. Netflix is provided for free. Personally for me I paired my iPhone to the TV. But not everyone knows how to do this so could be a little baffled. I thinking paying a TV licence and having a TV aerial would not cost a great deal. Plus for the cost of stay I would expect this. First time I have had this experience I have to be honest.

the property is decorated very stylishly with everything you need
one of the beds is a small double so although it was perfect my myself and husband sleeping in different beds, 4 adults would be really cozy.

This is such a cute place to stay. offers everything you could possibly need.
The patio doors were tricky to lock. on the one occasion we wanted to watch a tv programme (quite late after being out) it was a nightmare to get the tv working so we couldn’t watch what we wanted to watch. on the whole it was clean but Coukd do with a thorough dusting throughout. check-out needs to be midday for a property like this

So cute, wonderfully renovated. I'd quite happily move in. I loved the fact it also had a garden. It's located slap bang right in the middle of the town centre.
The low hanging light shades which my tall husband constantly banged his head on. The staircase steep & open & could be a little hazardous.

Beautiful accommodation in an excellent location. Comfortable beds and settee. Well equipped with a sunny garden. I would definitely book this accommodation again.
The light shades in the lounge diner are too low and we banged our heads a few times and the rugs slip so a bit of a tripping hazzard. The stairs are open on one side so needed to be extra careful especially after a few wines. There is no parking but managed it well with the priory Quay car park using the app. Could be a little cleaner in places.

The house was very stylish and comfortable. This is a very attractive cottage with a great open plan layout and a practical and well equipped kitchen. The sunny, small garden was ideal for my grandson and the dog.
Everywhere felt fresh and clean and we enjoyed the convenient location.

Everything about this property and the host. Its tastefully decorated , good lighting, modern appliances. The beds were really comfortable with lovely linens. A beautiful and relaxed place to stay.

What a beautiful place. The photos do not do it justice. Very spacious living area and the cutest garden. Well equipped kitchen, bar the missing microwave, but we didnt miss it. Location is excellent as you are within walking distance of all the sights and amenities of Christchurch. We had a very comfortable stay. Suggestion - handsoap at the 2 basins, please.
The second bedroom's bed is a bit small for 2 adults, but we managed.

Good location - right in the middle of Christchurch & only a couple of minutes’ walk to the Quay and surrounding pubs/ restaurants.
The master bed was very comfy, lots of comfy seating downstairs, well equipped kitchen, good sized shower for the size of the property, the decor was lovely, very friendly and accommodating host. Also brilliant that you’re pet friendly!
Only a few minor things - there wasn’t any hand wash in the property, at either sink. Hand lotion was provided but not hand wash, which was surprising given Covid.
A hairdryer would be useful, however we should have checked whether there was one before leaving.
The second bed was very small and more suited for one adult or 2 children which wasn’t obvious when we booked.

This is a beautiful, homely cottage, in a great location. It is very comfortable, with lots of nice touches, like a selection of books and games.
There was an issue with the boiler during my stay, but the owner popped over very quickly and got the problem resolved. I am looking forward to staying again.

no television. in the summer this wouldn’t matter as we would be out until late. as it was a November stay, it was dark and we were back earlier.

One of the mattresses was too firm.
The lighting was Impossible to read by.
No curtains at the front windows so no privacy.

The place was so dirty we could see the dust, it was on every surface, even the cereal bowls were full of black grime. There was evidence of a quick sweep of the floors had a very quick sweep, in the form of a heap in the corner by the broom. We move a couple of the rugs, they along with the floors underneath them, were dusty, covered in fluff and hair. The kitchen cupboard

Super stylish and charming cottage, impeccably clean, right in the centre of town, about 2 mins walk from the quay but in a quiet, tucked away location. Really lovely garden too. Property owner very responsive, and helpful , we would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
