Very nice place for the price. Quiet, located in a middle class neighborhood, feeling safe and clean. Responsive Management.

Don’t count on taking a relaxing long shower. They have the smallest water heater I have ever seen (see picture). Also, no AC heating, but this was not a problem for us.

Comfortable. Roomy, spacious, Clean, well laid out. Watching some Netflix was an added bonus!

Owner was there when we arrived and showed us the electronic key entry. The apartment is spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, bathroom, a main room and kitchen. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen is roomy and has a full size fridge but we did not use it much. Parking is easy. Apartment is about 5 minutes from the central district, and 5 or 10 minutes from the airport, both easy to get to. The neighborhood is mostly very quiet. We liked the town of Loreto and it was very easy to get to town and the airport from this location with a car. We also liked the nearby areas in Baja.

The weather was windy when we there. The back door of the unit needs to be fitted better because when the wind blew the door made a lot of noise at night. There are dogs nearby that bark sometimes. There was one neighbor that had a loud car motor and sound system that he played one night for a short while. Other than the door, these are not in the owner;s control. The kitchen could use a toaster and a microwave. The water in the bathroom shower has low pressure (after alll we are in the desert) but it does have nice hot water.

Spacious apartment with a lot of facilities in quiet location. Perfect for drivers. Everything except noise from neighbours was great.
