Am stat doar o noapte.

Locația la 2-3 minute de mers pe jos de la de gară și autogară. Cameră liniștită, fără gălăgie. Recepția nu este cu personal non-stop, dar nu este nevoie, și se explică totul la check-in. Apoi se poate intra oricând și noaptea prin curtea cu parcare din spate. Se poate merge pe jos într-o plimbare până în centrul vechi al orașului. Mic dejun foarte bun, cu bucătăreasă și posibilitatea de a alege și pentru copii sau vegetarieni. Raport calitate - preț bun. Recomand.

Auf keinen Fall nochmals.

Zentrale Lage

Schlüsseltresor hat nicht funktioniert. Rezeption bereits ab 16.00 Uhr nicht besetzt. Bad war nicht sauber. Die Spuren des Vorgängers waren deutlich zu erkennen. Heizung ging in den Nachtmodus. Zimmer war kalt. Beim Check out 20 min trotz Klingeln gewartet. Klingel hat wohl nicht funktioniert. Wenn man mit Technik arbeitet und dadurch Mitarbeiter ersetzt, sollte diese reibungslos funktionieren.

Excelent location, comfortable and very nice room

We had two relaxing days in this nice and comfortable hotel. Exactly right in the center, next to the train station ( but it was quiet). The bed was very comfortable and room very pleasant. We will come back again.

gute Lage gegenüber Hauptbahnhof

Absoluter Personalmangel - Rezeption kaum besetzt, kein Ansprechpartner bei Problemen (Bett im Zimmer war nicht bezogen und niemand war vor Ort, der sich darum kümmern konnte). Das wenige Personal, das am Morgen da war, bemühte sich soweit unter diesen Bedingungen möglich.

perfekt für ein Wochenende in Augsburg

Lage sehr gut zum Bahnhof und auch in die Stadt, Junges freundliches Personal, Frühstück war gut. Zimmer sehr groß, eher eine Appartement allerdings ohne Küche.

Super Aufenthalt

Die Lage ist super, mitten im Geschehen mit super Verkehrsverbindungen. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel und günstig. Das Personal ist super lieb und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Den ganzen Tag Kaffee und Tee Zugriff als Zusatzangebot. Rundum super für ein Stäftetrip nach Augsburg.

Zentral, kompliz. Check-In über Hintereingang + Passage durch elektrisches Tor; Gesamtbild: zu teuer

Lage zentral, der einzige angestellte, den ich zu Gesicht bekommen habe, war Rezeptionist und Frückstücks- Service in einer Person. Was er sehr freundlich und kompetent erledigt hat

Einchecken nach 18 Uhr über key-Boy; der Weg dahin war zwar in einer der 4 Mails, die ich caa 1-2 Stunden zuvor bekommen habe irgendwo beschrieben, aber nicht nur ich, sondern auch weiter 4 Geschäftsreisende irrten umher und benötigten Hilfe von der zentral, die jedoch gut erreichbar war. Zimmer und Gang davor rochen muffig. Statt dusche Badewanne zum duschen, sehr eng. Vorderer Eingang : Scanner defekt, d.h. ins Hotel immer durch den Hintereingang

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätte es besser sein müssen.

Frühstück war zu wenig. Um 9.30 Uhr war schon keine Wurst und kein Käse mehr am Buffett. Ebenso nur noch 1 Semmel. Das ganze Frühstück war schon sehr spärlich. Im Bad auf dem Zimmer war der Handtuchhalter als der Wand herausgerissen. Das hat anscheinend bisher niemanden interessiert. Ebenso war das Zimmer nicht unbedingt sehr sauber.

A very ordinary place to stay, I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel was located in an Ok part of town, but noisy in the morning due to traffic.

The staff member who checked us in was casual when he check us in and completely disinterested the next morning when we complained as our entry cards didn't work after hours - it was difficult to get in at that time and we were very lucky another couple came along and helped us. They also complained in the morning and received the same reaction. On top of that the window in our room was broken and I had to tap into my inner McGyver to be able to close it.

Im Voraus abgesprochene und bestätigte Wünsche an die Zimmer wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Sehr laute Umgebung, da direkt beim Bahnhofsplatz.

That's a nice hotel near the central station in Augsburg. The breakfest was delicious.

The beds were too hard. The surrounding of the hotel is a little bit noisy..I was grateful for the possibility to park my car.

Pretty hotel

Very pretty looking, centrally (close to the train station) located hotel. Hotel has an AC.

I stayed in the same room I was already in back in January - curtain was still half hanging and scales didnt work (if something is there I expect it to be functional otherwise what is the point?). The room was facing street thus it was quite loud in the morning when the traffic started (to be fair I dont remember this to be an issue from the last time I stayed).
