ماشاءالله عليكم من افضل الفنادق ارتاح فيها كان بيتي وغير كذا حجزت غرفه وكان غير متوفر اعطوني جناح كامل شكرا جدا جميع العمال و اخص الاخ هشام عسل ربي يسعدك زاد من فخامه الفندق

They did not provide hair dryers although mentioned.
No English speaking. One office assistant can speak Urdu

الموقع مناسب و نظافة الفرش و تسجيل الدخول كان مرن و سريع
تم التسكين بغرفه رقم 105 غرفتين نوم و صاله ، وجود تشطيبات في جدار الصاله و رطوبه في جدار غرفة النوم
كذلك كانت هناك مشكلة في مفتاح المكيف يفصل اذا اشتغل المكيف فترة ساعتين و طلبت منهم تغيرة و لم يتم تغيرة و بعد 24 ساعه تم الغاء المفتاح و توصيل المكيف مباشرة
كذلك المطبخ يوجد فيه فقط 4 اكواب و سخان عينين كهربائي ولا يوجد غلايه و تم توفيرها بعد طلبها

الفندق يحتاج الى اعادة دهانات لاحظت اغلبية الغرف تحتاج الى صيانة بسبب عوامل الرطوبة (الدهانات) تحتاج الى اعادة تجديد لاستمرارية عمل الفندق بشكل جيد

And the toilet side sticks to the wall

The provide me with the IRON and board for keeping my clothes ironed.
Old building - There are bugs in the room and you keep on itching yourself. The reception staff cancel my key everyday & I need to renew it daily. Shower cabin is damaged & there is a leak of commode pipe which keeps the bathroom wet. No cleaning done by the facility during my stay..Cafeteria is non functional.
