We chose this appart hotel because it was close to where we were doing business with easy access too the highway. It's a new building in a complex oof new buildings which appear to mainly be offices. The rooms are large with a mish mash of styles - a contemporary bed area somehow seems incongruous with the country style kitchen furniture. But enough if you want to heat and eat some food.
The room had a massive balcony with a tiny table which doesn't matter as the view is not pleasant. The buffet breakfast was basic continental style. A la carte was better. The main issues are almost none of the staff spoke a word of English. It seems mainly Arabic even in a country where French is common. In comparison with the nearby Hilton Garden Inn (to which we moved later) the BH had little to offer in terms of competition and as it was almost the same price I would recommend the Hilton for this location.

Very Good location. Very Nice Reception staff. Mr Mohammed was very wellcoming . Very polite and very helpful. Restaurant staff was great too Best Breakfast service by him.Very clean Hotel.I will recomend to my friends and family to stay there. Hotel is new and much batter service then other hotels in Area.

Room was spacious & staff very attentive/accommodating to needs. Mohammed at the reception was very helpful.
I was on the top floor (6th) so the wifi was a bit low in my room.

The best hotel you can find in Casablanca. Lovely staff and helpful people. Exactly as described in pictures, clean and neat. Also, they have their own parking and restaurant . I would absolutely recommend it for anyone coming to Morocco.

New, clean and comfortable, big comfortable rooms , very good breakfast, pleasant staff. The receptionists, Mohamed and Abdulla are extremely kind and so helpful as well as Mr Mehdi. They used to call us many times during the day asking if we need anything.m, and did helped us beyond their duties many times. At the restaurant, unfortunately I didn’t ask about the staff names, but both the gentleman and the lady were so kind and pleasant. all were always smiling and ready to do whatever we asked for.
I believe that The area was still new and there was nothing nearby. everything needed to take a taxi.
there was no tissue papers in the room.

The hotel is finished to the highest standard. Great studio apartment with the most comfortable bed and very well designed and tasteful interiors. Staff could not do enough and will certainly stay there again if in Casablanca - would highly recommend the situation property!
