Quiet area on quite a large complex, faces the 2 pools (1 heated). No traffic as cars have to park off site. 3 separate large terraces, 1 at front, roof and off 2nd bedroom, small balcony off main bedroom leads to roof terrace. Very much a family home. Nice and cool inside. Comfy bed and sofas, good shower.

A bit of confusion as to where to meet as the house is in a gated complex and you can’t get to the Google pin drop sent by the agent. By the La Piazza restaurant would have been a lot easier and it’s where the gate access and car park are. It wasn’t a big problem but the toilet seat was broken and we were told the owner was coming over in a few weeks to replace it, surely it should have been replaced when it broke. Bathroom drains smelt. The detailed handbook was all in Dutch, an English version would be useful.

House clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable.

No bus service nearby that we could find to bring us around the local area. Really need a car for this location A long walk to big supermarkets and shopping centres. Need to get a taxi if you want to go anywhere if you do not have a car. No tabac shops in the area have to go to Torrevieja.

Great host who gave us lots of information about the area, central location, nice pool, comfortable accommodation.
