Food of ok ok.

excellent location, high up on hill top

the roads to the property are very bad. a lot of traffic. Best to stay at the property. Not much to do in Mussoorie.

The view from the property was breathtaking. The lawn and area for kids to play was amazing. It is a big property on top of a hill. The people taking care of the property were very prompt. The food from their kitchen felt like "home made" food and they accommodated all our requests for special food for kids.

While its just a 5 min drive from the Mall road, the connectivity with taxi (also considering the peak season) was disappointing. It is walking distance, but because the roads are quite steep, moving with kids is a bit tricky. The facilities are basic and were more than adequate for our stay (we did not even have the need to start any TV for the entire stay of ours).

Booked in morning and upon reaching the place, they said that it's been booked already. This is stupid, why on earth booking.com book free reservation on already reserved property. Why on earth stayvista list a free property on booking.com if you have. I called the manager but nobody picked up the phone. What if i pay the amount to your bank and then you deny that property got reserved already and then i have to follow up indefinitely to get my payment back. I booked it around 9500 something and they denied us with lame excuses. And what I see next that property is listed with 3x price around 27k . I do understand everybody is here to make money but why do you waste our time.

The bedroom size

it was very uncomfortable. it was hot and there were no fans in the bedrooms on the top floor. asked for help from the caretaker but there was no help from anyone
