Comfortable stay close to and with easy connectivity to and from the airport

As I was transiting through Hong Kong, I wanted a hotel close to the airport with a shuttle service and both requirements were adequately met. Additional plus was the easily available taxis and Metro connection into Hong Kong Central. Staff very helpful and informative.

Super Flughafenhotel für einen kurzen Stop

- Gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Shuttlebus fährt aber erst gegen 6.45 Uhr. War aber mit Taxi kein Problem und nicht teuer. - Es fährt zweimal(?) pro Stunde hin und zurück ein Shuttlebus zwischen Hotel und Mall in der Nähe. Von dort aus kann man auch zur Seilbahn gelangen.

- Das preislich ähnlich liegende "richtige" Sheraton ist direkt nebenan. Dort gibt es einen Pool und Fitness. Wir haben das nicht gewusst, sonst hätten wir gleich dort gebucht. - Zimmer relativ klein.

Overall good stay for what I needed

Clean, nice room, very great staff, free shuttle to train station and airport

Wasn’t able to turn the lights off or turn the ac on, so I didn’t get the best sleep.

One night short stay at airport hotel

Near HK airport. Shuttle bus between hotel and airport. Friendly & helpful front desk stuff. Clean room.

Only one shuttle bus service per hour, others have more.

아침식사는 가고 싶은곳이 있어서 다녀왔습다 업그레드 해주신 오션뷰 공항과 한폭의 그림 같았습니다

항공편이 오후 1시였기에 11시 체크아웃 후 공항까지 셔틀버스로 편안히 왔습니다

Хорошее расположение, если нужно переночевать рядом с аэропортом. Удобные шаттлы в аэропорт и к ближайшему метро. Хороший завтрак. Вид из окна замечательный.

Bon hôtel près de l'aéroport

Hôtel situé à quelques minutes de voiture de l'aéroport, ce qui est très pratique pour un vol tôt le matin par exemple, mais plus éloigné du centre de Hong Kong (avec métro à 15 min à pied). La chambre est moderne et confortable, le petit déjeuner buffet est large et de bonne qualité globalement.

Overall bad experience with your booking system and lack of constant pricing I would never return.

I would have booked for three more nights, but the price jumped from just over 1 million up to over night 3,000,000 do you think because we are already unpacked and cosy that we will not pack up and leave. Also, when I booked breakfast on the booking.com quoted it was included, but when I went down for breakfast, I had to pay for it. it would appear once you have someone pulled in with your decent deals then you Charge them, high prices, and extras. I would never return to any of the Marriott hotels this is the second time I have been burnt. The first time was at Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada when I came in on a late flight so they decided to charge me double the rate because I did not have a pre-booking appointment. That is called Price gouging and it leaves a bad taste with a customer.

Perfect for a short stay

Every member of staff was polite and helpful; perfect for a solo female traveller after a long journey. The room was great and the bed so comfortable. Breakfast was great too.

I messaged twice in advance for advice on how to get there late at night. I got a generic response about the shuttle. They hadn’t really read my messages.

Comfortable stay

We arrived at 9am and were able to get an early check-in which was great. Good location to the airport and Ngong Ping/Disneyland. Free shuttle bus to/from airport and metro station was handy Very clean

Could offer milk or basics for tea and coffee in the room. Food options in the hotel were a bit lackluster.

Good value for the location and convenience

Location from the airport and a shuttle dropping to the airport from 6am. Plus they have a free shuttle to shopping area. View of the sea from my room was awesome.

Cozy stay

We chose this place as it is near to airport and lantau. it was clean and well maintained hotel. There are restaurants next to the hotel and also opposite to it. Our rooms came with the promenade views and refreshments were just nice.

fijn verblijf dichtbij de luchthaven met goede verbindingen naar diverse bezienswaardigheden

Heel goed ontbijt en mooie kamer, schoon en een fijne locatie met goede verbinding met vele attracties en het centrum. Gratis shuttle naar de airport.

Er mocht geen gebruik gemaakt worden van het zwembad , dat bleek onderdeel te zijn van het duurdere Sheraton.

Comfortable hotel for a quick layover

Location - It is close to the airport (good for a quick layover), it is also close to a bus stop that connects to the city. The check in process was dynamic and quick, the staff was polite and effective. Our room was quiet and comfortable and the internet connection was fast and easy to connect.

Electricity sockets only were only available at one side of the bed. The curtains didn't close completely and we had to arrange a chair to hold them in place. Shuttle bus service to and from the airport is free but they run once per hour only and we ended up not using it.
