Good for a short stay before moving on

Location to airport great, they organised a taxi for us a fraction of of the price of what the airport charged us on the way in. Food is really good delivered to your room. Staff are very friendly . Good air con.

The premises are very good but in a very busy area.

The rooms & bathrooms were of good size, the manager & staff was very helpful & polite. There were 2 lifts, so easy to get one of them without waiting too long. The apartment was serviced whenever we required. Breakfast was included and bottles of water were provided everyday (some days we had to remind them).

The breakfast was ok but not many choices plus there were only 2 tables, which were always full with other people. Often we had to go back to our room and then come back later. The kitchen had few small roaches. The location is an extremely busy area with the traffic honking all the time till late in the night and besides almost everyday there was traffic jams on the corner.

Helpful sorting out wifi problem,but didn't get appartment with balcony what I paid for......

Breakfast was good my,room for the first nigh a nightmare,see below comment.

One night I stayed in a smaller appartmen,which was infested by moquitos,couldn't sleep at all.was bitten all over.Mosquito net in bathroom was broken,couldn't close the window. Secondly when I booked on line,it showed clearly with a balcony.Had to change to bigger appartment for 2 nights which was more expensive,they should have told me no balcony.On check out,manager had a smirky smile when I complained why I didn't get the appartment with balcony....

Good location

The hotel is 15 drive from the airport, you can take uber or prepaid taxis to go for cheap. The hotel accepted a late check in due to our arrival time and we are grateful for that, even got a welcoming tea. We had to pay on the day of arrival which I think it's better to do at the end of the trip, in case we order food etc. Payment had to be in cash. My advise would be get a SIM card !

The shower was messy and tricky to use, using a bucket to not have water everywhere. I also don't think that the vibe was welcoming, for the breakfast part.

Enjoyed the stayed

The cleanliness of the property, rooms well maintained, staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast area was a disappointment, firstly the seating area is too small and just two tables for guests to sit. Cleanliness is required on the tables. Food variety was so so but what was there was too oily.

Noisemakers from other from other rooms. Food available not of standard.

Overall a decent location and friendly staff

Management and staff were very helpful and supportive whenever required.

We stayed for a week but faced roaches & mosquitoes in our accommodation. Management was helpful to conduct pest control

It could have been better

Location is quite near to US consulate where I had an appointment. SO you save a lot on travelling. Good parking lot

Mosquittos troubled us second night As airport is nearby, had difficulty sleeping late night due to noise. Windows are not sound proof. Breakfast is so so. Overall appeared less organized.

Breakfast starts only by 830 am which is late for my start .

Pathetic and definitely not up to the mark.

Absolutely nothing. The behavior was worst from the reception.

Everything as we paid over INR 10K for a night.

Will certainly come back.

Did not wait for breakfast as I had an early morning flight. But would have to mention, that the management was willing to pack a breakfast for me in the early hours. The room, washroom, linen and towels were clean . If you’re willing to some adventure, then you can have anything for food in this place as there are plenty of restaurants around.

The location of the property was not in a pretty neighbourhood. But then you cannot have everything. This is the typical Mumbai suburb. Enjoy it.

Superb

Like the way the property staff greeted us and being so old he was so polite and a sweet hearted person. Property was very neat n clean and well organized as well as all the equipments were in working condition. We liked our stay very much there.
