Very nice modern apartment. Good location.

- Friendly & helpful host. We had a few extra requests which were handled promptly.
- Apt. equipped with all necessities, including cot, high-chair, toys, blender, etc.
- 5 min walk from MacKenzie Beach
- Spacious balcony, with swing & nice view to the lake.
- TV with all major apps & decent WiFi
- Needs a bit of refurbishing when it comes to furniture & carpentry: the doors are very noisy to open & close & they don't really isolate sound; would have been useful to have a coat hanger and shoe closet at the entry; on one side of the bed there wasn't any furniture to leave a phone, glasses etc on it.
- Can get noisy as the huge windows are not sound proof at all & the airport & B4 road are close by. At night there are motorbike races or something like that, the noise they produce is crazy.
- There's a lot of construction work being done around the area so there is a bit of dust and extra noise during the day. Should be over in 6 - 12 months.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and had all the facilities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location, just a few minutes walk from Mackenzie Beach was convenient. To reach the main part of Larnaca a car would be necessary for some as it took a good 35 minutes to walk.
There were two major building constructions right outside the apartment. Fortunately this did not affect us at the weekend when they did not work. However from the Monday until we left whenever sitting on the balcony we were faced with this sight, noise, vehicles coming and going and workmen banging away. This did not encourage us to make the most of the apartment and we went out for the majority of the day. When completed it is likely to spoil the view as it is directly opposite one side of the apartment. The balcony was also at times like a wind tunnel, and almost blew the clothes over it! It would have been helpful to know about the works before we made the booking.

This property feels like a home from home. It’s beautiful inside & out. We woke at 6am to watch sunrise. The view is incredible.
The owners have been nothing but delightful and helpful with us since booking. I would Absolutley recommend this as a 10/10 stay!

An absolutely stunning apartment with exceptional views. Mackenzie beach is a 5 minute walk, the beach is beautiful with great facilities.

Amazing apartment in modern building with brand new furniture, very spacious, bright and clean. The host was very friendly, polite and helpful. Stunning views of sunsets over the Salt Lake. Every morning in winter times you can see flamingos coming to the lake. The sea coast is also available for contemplation :)

We arrived from larnaka airport to one night.to the great appartment.
The host, who was very nice,think about everything.
Very well equipped.and the appart is new and very clean.

The apartment was clean spacious and very welcoming.
It is a short walk to the beach and salt lakes.
The hosts were exceptionally pleasant to deal with and very accommodating to further requests that we asked.
Minor details my wife found having a mirror near a socket would have helped and possibly a duvet rather than just sheets but that being said due to weather it was comfortable.

EVERYTHING! BRAND NEW BUILDING WITH BRAND NEW FURNITURE. HOST WAS AMAZING.
APARTMENT HAS AN AMAZING VIEW OF THE SALT LAKE AND A SEA VIEW AS WELL. VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND SAFE AREA TO LIVE IN.
P.S. The t.v had some problems with getting good signal but I will not put it as a minus since who has time to watch tv when he is on vacation right? :D Most likely antenna needs to be fixed.

IT’S JUST PERFECT !! It’s a luxurious place you don’t want to leave. Located in the silent part of Larnaca near the famous salt lake (but also 300 m. from the beach) apartment that has EVERYTHING to make your stay the most enjoyable.
You can’t choose better.
