The rooms were good and clean. Perfect location.
Food service is a little slow but the food made up for that.

The location is (close to) Hazratganj, a hot-spot for restaurants, shopping and some tourism. Staff have been very friendly and comforting. The room had no window but we preferd to have some quite time anyway.
It was clean but also could use some renovation. We were lacking warm/hot water in the shower. It was pretty quite, however at night you could here some rats/mice crawling in the floors like it happens in older buildings. Unfortunately there was also a problem with the laundry which I needed for a wedding - it said it will be returned the day after, but it wasn't. And it wasn't the following day and we did not even receive the shirts before we had to checkout. But - the staff took care and delivered it to our next location. It was after the wedding but we got everything back, so no complaints here.

I've now waited since the 4th December 2022 for a refund for the lost laundry without so much as an explanation or response since December. Ridiculous customer service, which after 3 months should be resolved.

Breakfast only had veg options but it was pretty good. Rooms and restrooms were clean. The facilities they try to offer are good.
The AC kept on making sound that was too disturbing. The worst part was they did not accept any credit cards or international debit cards at the site. Thank god we had cash otherwise, we would have been homeless. I had booked the reservation through booking.com but when I reached the hotel, none of my VISA, Mastercard or Debit card worked which was really pathetic for a so called Inn hotel.

Neat clean rooms. Great friendly staff. Excellent food. Close to the Metro for airport transfers.

Fantastic staff (kind, courteous, and helpful), good sized rooms, comfortable beds and a great location.
Bathroom could have been cleaner. A little annoying as you cannot pay with an international credit card (but there are plenty of ATM's close by).

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient for time poor people. The staff members were friendly and accommodating of our requests.
It is on the pricier side which is quite normal with hotels in central areas.

The service was very poor. It has changed a lot. Earlier their service was very nice but now it's like they don't care what the guest wants.
