Hermoso lugar. Aislado pero cero de los surfers.

La habitación Tanju 1 es alucinante! El lugar en sí es maravilloso, la pileta y toda la estructura de los domos. El desayuno muy muy bueno, es a la carta. Te dan unas opciones y está muy rico . Camas súper cómodas. Te alquilan motos. Es lejitos de todo, pero el lugar lo vale. Si te animas a alquilar moto es perfecto el lugar. Pero si queres movida, bares y playa cerca tenes q ir a Kuta. A mi el lugar me alucino, y con la moto en 15 min estás en Kuta. Vale la pena alojarse ahí por el lugar en si mismo. Está muy cerca de Gerunpuk (vas caminando) para tomar los botes q te llevan a Surfear. Por esa zona hay unos 3 barcitos surferos con onda que cierran a las 23hs

El wifi es inexistente. Pero creo q pasa en varios lugares de la isla. De 4 días que nos alojamos, solo tuvimos una tarde. La moto te la alquilan de la mañana hasta las 20hs. Me parece malísimo xq si queres quedarte de joda en Kuta tenes q volver. Pero bueno tenes la opción de alquilarla x mas días y listo sino

Decepcionante.

The place has a breathtaking view. I've been there on other occasions, usually on Saturdays when they offer cocktails and a DJ by the pool (without staying overnight). I had liked the place and the food before, so I thought it would be a good idea to spend Christmas Eve there with my partner, although it turned out to be a disappointment.

The room was truly dirty—sheets with hair and sand, an extremely dirty bathroom floor with splattered walls. The outdoor area near the dome lacked the cushion (had two small cushions not belonging there) and was overall unclean. Spider webs in the room's light fixtures. The safe box wasn't working. We ultimately decided to leave and didn't stay...

This place exceeded all my expectations! I can't recommend it enough!

The room was very comfortable and big. The view from the top was amazing. The pool is beautiful and clean. The food is delicious and the staff is very nice, friendly and professional.

WOW, we will be back!

LOVED EVERYTHING! - The food fantastic (tuna burger, poke bowl & lava cake was unreal) - Staff were amazing (It was a pleasure meeting Ilham, he was so welcoming & kind. He shared with us an extremely touching story that we will never forget. He deserves a raise and to be moved up to manager, we want to come back not just for the stay but also for him) - The rooms were phenomenal & the view is perfect

Great place!

Great style and great location up the hill! Nice little rooms and good food! The pool is a nice place to relax and enjoy the views. Very friendly staff!

Good

Unique location, the hotel is perched on top of a hill so you get lovely views all around. Friendly and helpful staff Clean bedrooms Not a spot for anyone afraid of insects as it’s inevitable you will have ants/ mosquitos in your room.

The location is lovely but because it’s far from everything else, you are limited to what you can do there. Wouldn’t recommend unless you can drive a bike to head out for the day or have some meals in Kuta as I found the restaurant food very hit and miss - some things were nice but some were bad and the cocktails were not properly made with right ingredients.

The floor on the top terrace was rotted and dangerous to walk on. A shame when you want to enjoy the beautiful view.

amazing place if you can afford it

we arrived in the small room we booked but it was a little dark and further away from the pool so we asked the reception if a better room was available for extra price. turns out we got lucky and one was, so we were able to pay to get one of the best rooms and did not regret this decision. the view is magnificent, outside bathroom is gorgeous, staff was super helpful in finding a motorbike, beautiful pool, great food, really nice fire night with seafood platter. one of the best experience of our whole trip. strongly recommend if you can pay for it.

small cheaper room we had a first is a little bit disappointing because a little too dark. need to have a motorbike to get around because it’s far away from everything

Deck above dome needs a bit of attention - had to dig out splinters in my foot. I was provided with an unsafe motorbike. The surf rack was hanging together with tape. It broke when I was riding causing me to crash, No muffler protector on the bike, I have a really nasty burn on my leg which has kept me out of the surf for the rest of my trip (10 days and counting)

Exceptional

I stayed in 4 different accommodations in Lombok and Gili islands and this one was by far the best! I loved the style of the domes, the beautiful garden and pool area and most of all the food. It is extraordinarily tasty and among my favourites I had in Indonesia ever.

A wardrobe or shelf was the only tiny aspect I was missing.

The staff scammed us

the property was ok

The staff is trying to take advantage of you. We asked for help to book transport from Lombok to Padanbai, they said the cheapest and most convenient option was to go in a fast boat plus small bus going directly to Ubud. Then, we got to the wharf in Padanbai and everyone told us, that the hotel scammed us because the bus it was going to wait for at least another 2 hours until they got more passengers, they charged us double and then they said it was going to take another 3 hours to get to Ubud. we asked around, the hotel charged us the amount for a private taxi but they only gave us the bus. After calling the hotel, they were very rude and they said if we wanted our money back we needed to return again. They take advantage because most of the things are informal and you can not book online. Don’t trust the staff they will charge you at least 3 times the price.

Tranquil hideaway

It's an amazing hideaway with breathtaking views. The eco dome room was beautiful with an indoor and outdoor bathroom. All the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They quickly arranged a motorbike rental which you need as the location is quite remote. If you get a chance, book to stay here!

Absolutely nothing, but the beach nearby is quite dirty.

A one of a kind hotel with an amazing view that you cannot get enough of

Beautiful room with an innovative architecture. The bed was very comfy and loved that small touch that you can get light-cover for the top glas of the room to not be woken by the early light in the morning. The restaurant was great. Many choices to choose from, both in terms of food and drinks. The poke bowl with tuna is a must, so delicious. All the staff was very attentive and did their most to meet my expectations.

Nothing, the property, room and staff really overachieved my expectations. It is a one of a kind hotel with an amazing view that you cannot get enough off. It is good to rent a scooter or car to look around the area, the surroundings is beautiful with the beach Tanjung Ann and amazing waves in the bay next to the adjacent village Gerupuk

Overall, we had an awesome time at Dome Lombok! I recommend it!

We picked Dome Lombok because of its location and views. We had a great apartment with views of the mountains and the sea on both sides. Plus, the architecture of Dome Lombok was super cool. Even though the pool was shared, it was never too crowded, probably because it wasn't peak season yet. We could order delicious food from the restaurant and enjoy it on our terrace while taking in the stunning view. The food was really tasty too. Also, we had a wonderful beach nearby, and other locations were easily reachable within 1-2 hours. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.

The kitchen equipment was a bit worn out, even though the building was pretty new. And it wasn't very clean either, with some things being dusty or not fully washed. If you're looking for more action and city noise, it takes a bit of time to get to Kuta center, but it didn't matter to us because we were looking for a more peaceful place.

Nothing special

DOME looks pleasant in the photos, however, if you can't ride a motorcycle you really cannot get anywhere because it's quite far from anything. Also, please note it's all uphill so if mobility is an issue don't stay here. The menu is simple and would be fine if they had the ingredients required. However, most of what we ordered wasn't available at some point during our stay. The staff aren't always helpful and make you feel as though you're an inconvenience when you ask them questions. A smile wouldn't go astray. Given the price you pay, it would be nice to have had the option of a hot shower, so don't be surprised when you're having cold showers every day. If wildlife isn't your thing, you won't enjoy the visitors that hop, jump and crawl around the property. Overall, I'm surprised by the good reviews given the lack of service. I wouldn't write home about staying here.

short of expectations but ended being a nice stay for a few days.

beautiful location on a hill with a unique architecture. some nice touches on the property like little patios on top of the rooms for sunset viewing.

the place did not quite match the expectations from the photos. I stayed at Satu Dome which had a very cavey feel, especially the bathroom was just substandard. basic amenities missing, power and internet not working at all times. during my stay, several male staff members asked me several times if I was here alone and whether I had a boyfriend which was very uncomfortable. the restaurant is okay but you will need to venture out quite far for any other food options, which are quite limited at the hotel.

rooms are a bit dark and small, bathroom is ok but already a bit broken down, the wooden terrace and roof are already rotten because of the heavy rainfall the staff is ok and some are very friendly, but we didn’t have roomservice for the first day

A true gem

The restaurant food was totally flawless. Each meal was beyond delicious and blew us away every time the food was served in front of us by the lovely and friendly wait staff. The grounds and building was very impressive, every detail in the design has been thought about. Such a delight to sit by the pool or on the deck under the tree in the shade admiring the view. It really feels like a little cloud sitting in heaven. Definitely the tuna poke bowl, the holy dome bowl and the lava cake we just couldn't get enough of ! Can't wait to come back

Getting around would be hard/expensive without a scooter if you needed to rely on a driver into Kuta or wherever each day (just something to note if you are going - recommend scooter hire)

Relaxing and nice

Great location and good food.

Ants and other small bugs coming from the skylight which is a really nice feature but since it cannot be covered to it gets light early in the morning.

Great stay at the Dome

Loved everything about the Dome. You could hire a motorbike, they organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport. We extended our stay and they went above and beyond to accommodate us.

nice hotel if you want to visit tourist area in central lombok

the building is super, nice design. however the road to go to the hotel is tricky (google maps give a wrong direction). The road to go to the hotel also very bumpy and damage! its needed to be fixed. if you go here, bring mosquito repellent. However, the pool and the scenery are fabulous. Especially the breakfast, you should order pancake here is the best !

Found the dome bedroom to be a bit ‘awkward’. Nowhere to put bags or even sit when inside the room, just the floor and bed. A wooden bench or something inside would have been really helpful. (shelves behind bed are not convenient). Suggest a fan so we are not bound to using the aircon.. which is also far from sustainable ;) Also suggest a PowerPoint in the bathroom for the hairdryer (which did not work anyway, but had my own)
