enclosed balcony was great for the dogs and the options of different seating was great to follow the sun round
it was not very clean due to the number of ornaments and vases of dried flowers made it difficult to clean

We stopped in Caravan 232 owned by Maxine. Well located. Nicely decorated and well looked after caravan much loved by the owner.. Lots of amenities available in the van.
While the caravan was well looked after and generally clean and tidy, there was an underlying smell of dogs š. Initially, it didn't seem too strong, but it got stronger when we left, then returned or when entering the main lounge in the morning. This would be fine for anyone taking their pets, I suspect. I can't recall if it said it was dog friendly so might be down to me not realising when I booked. It wasn't too bad as we were only there 2 nights, but not sure I'd have wanted to stay longer. It's a specific thing similar to not liking smoking smells. Certainly, a well loved Caravan overall.

location was perfect. the beds were comfy and rooms decorated nicely
cleanless wasnāt great, dog poo everywhere outside in car bay on arrival and myself and two others stepped in pop getting out of the car.

Perfect 10/10. Maxine (the owner) was more than helpful, communication was brilliant, couldn't fault her. The van itself is lovely inside and out, clean and tidy and very well equipped, a real home from home. TVs in each of the 3 bedrooms, a good stock of DVDs (incase of a rainy or rest day) free WIFI. The van itself is in a fantastic location for the beach and walkies. Beach access is a 5 minute walk via the bridge in the next park. We walked along the beach both ways to Rhyl and Pensarn. There was an onsite pool and fish and chip shop and bar open (we went in November). Looks like lots to do for children in summer months a 10/15 minute walk from the caravan in Towyn itself, fun fair, arcades etc. Ideal seaside location for both fun or lots of walkies. Would definitely recommend.
