Almost ideally located, bathrooms are large, staff are nice (even gave me a motorbike ride a couple of times).

A few things regarding the accommodation (room was below expectations) and the relatively high cost (though I suppose that's the way Pondy is, to an extent).

Location - All major tourist attractions are very near by. Saves a lot of time in local traveling. Even staff were super good, very friendly and cooperative.

Room and bathroom were little stinky, less ventilation and no proper room freshener available.

Deer Suites is located in a prime location with all heritage buildings, sea shores and branded restaurants, shopping complexes are walkable distance. Its very safe location where we can stroll anytime in the night which is very convenient for tourists

We suggest for some room service for the customers like providing tea and water etc.

overall Kothi was good. there was absolutely no service. the rooms were pathetic. they don’t look at all like the pictures. we were provided rooms on 2nd floor where we had booked 1 family room and 1 double room. family room had 1 master bedroom and the 2nd room was so small that there was absolutely no space to walk around the bed. this room had a bathroom with just tap and bucket. No commode! there was a small bathroom in common area. bed sheets were spoiled. there was a thin wool blankets given. the room was stinky and walls had fungus. AC was old. flush was weird and broken. with the price they charge opt for any other good hotel then this. not worth at all for the charges they take. it’s not worth more than a 800-1000 per room to be frank!

Great place to stay near the beach.

It is located in good locality. Nearby rock beach. But I had bad experience with staff.

The room was basically cabin room, mostly made for emplyees but converted for budget solo travelers. The staff asked for 1000 rs first and then deamanded more money during checkout.

Mahesh, proprietor of the property, was extremely friendly and helpful. Central location of the hotel.

I have visited many hotels across the country but, I will put this one in the first place. In terms of the price they charge and the facilities provided this is the best you can get. The best part is their behavior. They are very polite and helpful. When I booked this hotel, I expected it to be an average hotel at this price but, it was way beyond my expectations. The rooms are very spacious and, this hotel is located in the center. You cannot get anything better than this in White Town. Rock beach, a French colony, Markets, and cafes all are within walking distance.
