Location good, easy to walk or bus into the centre
The bed was too small , and felt a bit like student accommodation
4.0
It was clean
But that’s all
Too small
Only large single/small double (3/4) bed. Smaller floor space.
No air-con
No view only small velux windows
Repetitive squeaky blip blip noises from the tiny locked room next door all day n all night 24/7 annoying n kept us awake. Had to keep windows open to traffic noises to drown it out.
A very long walk into town
Coop shop 2 doors awsy had security on the doors from very early evening till close.
Like student accommodation
When I knelt stripped the bed and put the towels in s pile for the cleaner to wash I noticed a cigarette burn in the bare quilt (since when has smoking bern allowed inside any accommodation like this??
The mattesd had a full plastic cover around it and the memory foam topper was for a bed a lot bigger n kept sliding to the putter side. We had very little sleep
Did not use the facilities for making the room warmer than anyone could possibly cope with.
Up 3 flights of stairs with no lift or emergencies exit.
Stains on the carpet
I’m
Not a believer in social media complaining
I’d rather be pro active. Please please use this for its purpose but to me it’s unfit for purpose. My son n daughter stayed in student accommodation a lot less claustrophobic an more safe.
We’re over it now but it was not a nice stay at all
£198. Crikey. I’ll go BnB next stay away.

Compact studio apartment, well layed out and modern. Very clean and comfortable. On the High Street so close to shops and bars, but very peaceful.
The usual problems with Superhog not informing the hosts even though when I did ask the hosts if Superhog had verified me I got no answer. So had to sit in the morning of check in trying to explain I was verified and the Superhog system was flawed and basically useless. They then had to check with Superhog and contact me back. I then had to chase for check in details as apparently they were sent some months prior. I receive over 100 emails per day so wasn't prepared to start searching for it. The code that was resent didn't open the front door but it did the back one so I made do with that. No lifts, so travel light. Never discovered where the free parking was but there was plenty of street parking available.

The public transport links were brilliant and the room was comfy and clean.
I found out that a friend of mine had actually lived there for some time and did not know that rooms were rented out for holidays. This seems like a massive oversight in terms of security for long term tenants of the building. Also the mattress was a little uncomfortable.

The property was clean and compact, and had everything I needed. It was in a good location for meeting up with my Son who lives nearby. It’s in a good location for public transport and just a shortish walk into central Lincoln. It is close to a shop and bus stop and not far from a Wetherspoons pub.
There were no instructions as to how to get into the apartment block, as you can not get into the front doors with out a key fob. To use the door code you have to go through very large gates which were closed and use the door code on the back door. I had to tap on an open window and ask a resident how to get into the building. Once in I was ok. I would have liked an armchair or comfortable chair to sit and relax in to watch TV etc. Otherwise every thing was ok. The vetting system through Superhog seemed a bit over the top and officious.
