Beach vibe pro max!

The location is fantastic! It felt like I was living on the beach! The sound of the waves lulling me to sleep was just perfect! The sea view cottages have the perfect view to wake up to! Loved how they kept little bowls at the entrance of each cottage to wash off the beach sand.. Overall, if u are looking to spend maximum time at the beach, this place is it!

The room service and restaurant definitely needs an upgrade! We were faced with issues like non-functional fans, a semi functional AC, and at one point of time we even got stuck in our own room because the door lock got stuck! Although they did fix these issues we had to constantly push to get it done on time. The restaurant has a good food choice. However, it takes ages for the staff to take an order and even more time for the order to arrive..so much so that after the first two experiences we had dinner and breakfast at the adjacent restaurant (their food is good and service is very fast!)

Great beach huts with fantastic staff!

We had a great stay at Coco’s beach resort from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. The rooms are clean and light with large bathroom, comfortable bed, A/C and balcony. Great location on Palolem beach, close to everything and always good food and drinks on offer. The biggest thing for us and what really made the difference is every member of staff. They are kind, funny, helpful and just all round great people. 6 days was not enough time and we will definitely be back. We were so sad to leave, Thank you so much!

Great sized rooms with verandah right on the beach front. Picture perfect. Friendly and efficient staff made the stay extra special for us. Well worth it. Dinner on the beach was great with fresh seafood every night. Fully air conditioned and a beautiful breeze. Very safe and clean also.

Месторасположение отеля хорошее. Вид отличный на океан, если вам повезет! В номере чисто! Это важно!!! Завтрак в ресторане по меню за отдельную плату. Еда в целом очень качественная и вкусная! Особенно фреши хороши!

Если вы бронируете номер с видом на океан, то может оказаться вид на стены впереди стоящих домиков. И обзор будет испорчен, как и настроение. Но в целом - отель хороший. Грустно было узнать, что несмотря на то, что мы заранее забронировали трансфер, и после достаточно конкретной переписки на эту тему с отелем, трансфер нам так и не был организован. Хотя так даже лучше. Оказалось, что в службах такси в аэропорту трансфер до отеля стоит дешевле, чем предлагает отель!

Strand mega - Schlaf schwierig

Wer nach einem super Strandtag, bei dem man mega umsorgt wird hier Party machen will, kann hier übernachten. Alle, die sich unter einem Resort etwas gemütliches, entspanntes, ruhiges vorstellen, sollten lieber wo anders unter kommen. Party und Laute Musik bis nach Mitternacht sind hier angesagt. Nervt leicht.... Die Bungalows sind auch nicht so komfortabel wie erhofft, man hört jedes Gespräch und erst Recht die Musik....aber, die Jungs von der Bar sind wirklich auf Zack. Großes Lob.

Party und laute Musik bis Mitternacht und Spotlight direkt auf unsere Hütte. Leider haben die Hunde hinter dem Resort nach Mitternacht die Party mit wildem Gejaule fortgesetzt. Kann das Resort nix dazu, aber dem Tierliebhaber geht es damit nicht so gut.

Drei schöne letzte Tage unserer Indienreise

Die Lage, direkt am Strand war einfach herrlich. Die Strandliegen waren immer parat und das Personal war hilfsbereit und freundlich. Palolem ist ein netter Ort mit vielen guten Restaurants (z.B. Nireas) und man kann zu Fuß an die nächsten Strände laufen.

Die Betten waren etwas zu weich und es fehlte ein wenig was charmantes im Zimmer (z.B. kleine Lampe am Bett )

Exceptional

Staff and food great, strong AC, WiFi decent despite bad reports in other reviews. Nice part of the beach.

Towels in the room were wet when I arrived, I think from when the bathroom was cleaned.

Overpriced as hell, and simply not worth it

The location. Nothing else was worth it.

This place is HUGELY overpriced for the quality of stay. The rooms are extremely basic. We got an AC, toiletries and a small wardrobe. Service levels were extremely poor. We had to follow up repeatedly to get fresh towels and coffee sachets. We didn't even have adequate space to keep our suitcases. Their hospitality in particular was terrible. The staff were either very poorly trained or lacked any motivation to treat guests well. When I asked for a beach towel, one staff member literally picked up a used towel lying on a bench, dusted it, and handed it to me as if that's normal. Often towels handed to me in my room were muddy. The rooms are adjacent (share walls) with the main dining area, and they were blaring horrible music through the night even when the whole place was empty. We simply couldn't sleep. Overall, we felt compelled and desperate to stay out of our room for as long as we could. Adjacent properties like the nest feel so much nicer and welcoming. Avoid this place at all costs.

A vacation we wanted to remember for good reasons kinda disappointed with the way we were treated. It clearly comes down

It’s right on the beach

1.Staff - They are more towards serving and assisting non-Indians. absolutely gives no f’s about us. 2.Services - had to request/ beg for arranging a scooter as I had an emergency and had to bring medicine. 3. cleanliness - The washroom was stinking. 4. Food - Took ages to receive food and again more priority was given to the non-Indians. 5. Price - Too expensive for this property. The resorts near this were much better and economical. Any service you avail, they are worried about the commission. 6. Amenities - Not sure if I was expecting more like a tv, refrigerator and a safe. but nope, nothing at all.

Well worth it. New nicely appointed rooms. Lovely spacious bathroom.

Just like the pictures, beachfront bungalows are some of the best at this beach, spacious, cool and nice decor.

Steps at the front were a bit steep. The sea was a little loud :)

disaster experience. I will not recommend this property.

great location

no pre-checks of the room. things are taken after complaints. damaged AC, after complaint maintenance guy came. lived in pressure cooker for first two hours of our stay. bed sheet was not clean. blood stain on bed sheet. changed after complain. first time when we met property manager he asked how are you and answered “all good” himself😀. staff lied about complimentary breakfast. it is an amateur staff in restaurant. they took 30 minutes to provide a veg sandwich. and then we had no expectations. the first floor accommodation shakes when anyone take stairs. this property is highly over-priced. with perks of beach location, it doesn’t worth more then INR 3000/- per night. I encourage all staff to improvise their hospitality skills and be proactive. all the best to them.

Cocos has very basic amenities available such as decent WiFi, the size is OK, the ac works and the bed was comfortable enough. It is also in a handy location to some other good bars and restaurants. It is also very convenient for the beach. Some of the staff were also on hand during the day to help set up sun loungers.

The facilities are basic at best and we had a "superior suite". There is no hot water available and the huts did not seem to cleaned professionally between guests. Some of the huts are also not sea view facing and are instead positioned in the restaurant itself. The service overall we found disappointing. A number of the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional at a series of points, such as very loud music being played late at night on more than one occasion. We asked them to turn it down several times and they ignored our requests and were rude and dismissive. In general there was an unwillingness to be hospitable and helpful - the staff do not seem to prioritise guests. To summarise, our experience was so poor that we left after two nights despite booking for four.

Good basic accomodation

The accommodation is very close to the beach, and the bar serves good food with lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Sun loungers and beach towels are available too. Staff are friendly. The rooms and furniture are basic but are a good size and clean, and the AC and fan were both working and effective. Bathroom was clean.

When we booked (booking.com) the listing had a sea view, but on arrival we were told to secure a sea view hut you need to call them to check and book directly as the rate is higher. Instead our view was just the back of other (newly built and just being finished) huts which was a bit of a shame, but not a disaster. There was hot water but the shower was more of a dribble. At the weekends the bar plays loud music until 11/12pm which was also loud in our room. (So possibly not suitable for young families?)

perfect location and awesome food

it’s right on the beach. very clean and excellent service. food was top notch and Sunny was very helpful during our stay from recommending food to make sure we were comfortable . thumbs up to his service

music was loud through the night and our room was right next to the restaurant so that was a bit negative.
