Great location! Right next to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The balcony was surrounded by beautiful trees and birds. We sat outside a lot or by the swimming pool. Was nice to receive a bottle on arrival

Second room was smaller than expected but other room was huge and great to have two bathrooms.

We loved the large space and location in Palm Cove. It was beautiful and well appointed, with a large outside balcony with lovely furniture and easy access to the pool and spa. Palm Cove esplanade was just around the corner with top restaurants just steps away.

Check in was complicated and the person who helped us check in was very rude at first. Overall better directions to where to park to meet the check in person would be helpful, as well as when to contact them. The beds being on wheels resulted in lack of comfort as it was too easy to push the bed away from the headboard.

Location was great apartment was clean apartment was a good size for us Trevor was brilliant

The resort was doing some painting during our stay that came through the air conditioning in our room - It was quite toxic for one day / night We weren't a big fan of the wheels on the beds. The beds kept moving. Often the swipe quays didn't walk and would take numerous goes to get you through the doors

Sarah-Jane met us out the front and showed us around for a few minutes, and checked in with us at the endwith instructions on where to leave keys, etc.

A little orientation book would have been good, with restaurants, local things to do etc. but everything involved with the room was amazing

Super clean and comfortable. Perfect location, ground floor. Owners where reliable and easy to communicate with to organise check in time. Great set up.
