Friendly staff especially female relief manager who always spoke with us and wished us well. Updated kitchen and bathroom were nice and modern. Partner liked the lounge to relax in. I loved the pool

There was no shelving in bathroom to put our things onto and a big mirror on the wall would be good for putting on make-up. We would have liked to order breakfast to our room but the access pt into room was boarded up and breakfast wasn’t even offered.

The location was close to town and attractions. Matthew and Samantha were lovely hosts and very helpful.

Chairs in room not very comfortable, but wasn't really there long enough for it to be a problem. Could hear neighbours in the next room.

I really was staying here only as an overnight spot so was looking mainly for a quiet room with a comfortable bed and internet access. This room met all those expectations

Staff were very helpful with local information and the room was very modern and clean.

A little further out of town centre (only a few mins in the car but a bit far for us to walk) but right across the road from the beach.

The location was easy to reach all the main attractions.

A warm and friendly greeting on arrival, a wonderful hot shower and a super-comfy bed in a quiet room. What more could I ask after a long day on the road?

Lovely place for an overnight stopover during our interstate drive. Modern little kitchenette, big comfortable bed, reverse air con, shower pressure was great. Reception staff were so friendly and hospitable and were accommodating of our 9:30pm arrival.

Warm friendly reception by Sam and Matthew. Most comfortable room, spotless!..with those additional add ons that make for a pleasant stay.. microwave, crockery, cutlery, wine glasses. Recommended nearby restaurant Sea Shanty, tasty seafood! On Esplanade, great for walking and shops nearby. Would definitely stay there again!

Great spot in Lakes Entrance. Clean, roomy accommodation, spacious bathroom, good shower pressure, comfy bed and a kitchen table to sit at to have your breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
