It was horrible.

We had to try and get the keys with a piece of wire from a locked key box. Reception had no access to the box.

Staff at the facility are not trained. They have no communication skills and even made rude gestures while we were sorting out our concerns. We contacted the manager directly, but even him had no problem solving skills. We made suggestions on how we could resolve our issues but both management and staff refused to accomedate us.

Unfortunately, we were without power from Friday until Sunday when we left.

The apartment has a good location. Easy access to the beach and a few miles to the city center.

The building had been without power from Friday until Sunday when we left, and the was no information about what was going on. All our fresh food and groceries were spoiled. No one has assisted in alternative conservation. Nothing inside was working (TV, W-FI, refrigerator, stovetop, AC, Microwave etc.)

Location, helpfulness of staff, convenient nearby facilities, cleanliness and comfort

Just the gate gave us a bit of trouble as the remote didn't want to work....but the security came out to help and after that it was sorted .

Our stay was awesome definitely we would come back

The security was out of this world, and bongani the best host ever,it's a pity we never got to see him. they way he spoke to us was very good compared to the lady she was very unpleasant to talk to. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Definitely we would recommend this to our colleagues and friends.

For me everything was on point except the lady that was unpleasant and we were told she was a manager I hope her attitude towards client's improves.

Disappointing

The View and it was clean.

There is only one parking bay availabile. Wen i called the manager to tell her that we got a R500 fine because we parked in someones parking bay who by the way was not at home for the weekend. We could not park outside and expect us to off load the car because the lifts wer not working. In any case our van was only there for 2 hours. Later we got a big letter attached to our windscreen you will be charged a fine. Wen i called the manager she was so rude. Shouting and shouting on top of her voice. I asked her make a plan and see if she can allow us to park in a bay that is not used. She screamed at me. SHE WAS SO RUDE THAT PEOPLE HEARD MY CONVERSATION IN SUNCOAST. SHE SAID I DNT NEED U TO BOOK AT MY PLACE AGAIN COS THERE IS ONLY ONE PARKING BAY AND NO SHE WILL NOT MAKE ANY ARRANGEMENTS FOR ME. i told her i also have a lodge and i know arrangements can be made. I mean we booked with 4 adults we surely will have 2 cars. THE MANAGER WAS UNPROFFESSIONAL. WELL SHE DNT CARE IF ANYONE BOOKS OR NOT....FOR SURE I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN. FIX THE LIFTS AS WELL AND THEN TALK ABOUT PARKING OUTSIDE. ANGRY

Location, cleanliness and ocean view

There was no TV in the main bedroom, and I didn't get soap to bath only shower gel I received, and please have backup of generators during load shedding for our rooms

Awesome Place

It was a great stay, loved the place and had an awesome view. Will definately visit again. Water pressure was good and beds comfy.

Not for people with a fear of heights. Had to walk along the pathway and both sides you can see the heights.
