Pleasant long stay hotel

Nice size room, everything in working order, appreciate the dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. The area is good for shopping and restaurants. Staff are super nice and helpful.

Maybe a less expensive parking area would be nice. The breakfast sandwiches were fine but I like for items with meat and eggs to be kept warm.

O hotel era bastante confortável, limpo, organizado e com boas opções de café da manhã. Tem lavanderia ao custo de USD 1,50 para o uso da máquina de lavar e secagem grátis. A localização é ótima, tem um shopping grande há 1,6mi de distância. O único inconveniente é o custo do estacionamento, poderia ser um pouco mais baixo, levando em consideração que não há opções na localidade para estacionar na rua.

Todo ordenado y limpio.

El menú no variaba en el desayuno , y el espacio donde intentaban mantener caliente la comida en nuestro segundo desayuno se encontraba frío. El valet parking no debería ser cobrado puesto que está a un minuto el estacionamiento de la entrada del hotel.

Great cozy stay

Very confortable place to stay, I will be back for sure.

Not sure about the valet service, I wish we could just take care of our own car. Staff was very nice, but I don't think it's a must.

Good for families.

Overall well maintained , clean and good amenities. Clean bathroom . They have a good gym also onsite. Staff were helpful . Breakfast is good and there are enough choices for the kids.

The sofa bed was not so great and I expected a little more space on the living room part given it was a booking for 3 adults and 2 kids in our case. Valet parking is the only parking available and you will end up paying another ~40$ per night , and it is a pain when you road trip because the access to the car is limited, you cannot leave stuff in your car for grabbing later.

Great hotel, best experienced if you DON'T have a car.

I wasn't expecting little studio apartments, very nice

The parking is horrible, honestly the worst experience I've had at a hotel, no street parking, only valet which seems scummy and a cheap way to get more money from people

Great service, very clean and quiet.

It was very beautiful and comforting. All staff were very helpful and respectful when it came to my needs. The room didn't come with much of a view, but the room was clean and very modern. Will definitely be coming back!!

Being forced to pay for Valet Parking and not being able to access my car quick enough.

New, clean hotel, attentive staff, always smiling, location clean, shopping options around, close to Topanga views, Malibu, very nice sized and equipped fitness with street view

Super loud air conditioning in the room, less comfortable pull out cauch for the kids, we had to make our bed ourselves at arrival, small indoor swimming pool

Overall this was a great hotel. They offer a great breakfast. The staff is friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean.

Clean rooms. Spacious. Everything is updated. Breakfast was amazing.

Only offer valet parking that’s cost $31/day. Also they hold $75/night deposit on your card for incidentals.

Outstanding, first class amenities.

Breakfast was awesome, fresh and delicious. Luis served up everything with first class customer service. Give this man a raise!

Lovely property in a lovely location.

I liked the spacious rooms as well as the clean bathrooms.

The room was nice, gym great, served the purpose of our 1 night stay.

Breakfast was great for the family. Gym facility was nice-good machines!

Pool was too small for the size of the hotel. I didn’t like that I had to pay more for parking.

It’s a reasonably priced modern hotel in a great location relatively close to Universal studio

It’s a more modern hotel with a comfortable shower rather than tiny tub and better sound insulation than many other hotels.

Somehow there’s always someone else’s hair in the shower. Mattresses are mediocre.

Exceptional

We much enjoyed the stay.The staff is welcoming, happy, cordial, and friendly. The breakfast staff as well, very helpful and attentive! Serving from a selection of fruits oatmeal,waffles with toppings, and different style eggs like omelets, sausage or ham cheese egg corssount, Deliciouse broccoli orange pimiento cheese Quiche, which I loved the most. The breakfast bar is delicious! Must say the rooms are very clean, comfortable and bigger than other places. The drive to Malibu Beach, along with other beaches like Zuma beach and El Matador, coast was approx 25 minutes to visit. However, watch the traffic hrs and hollidays may delay. My kids had lots of fun. Thank you! :)

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. my son enjoyed the pool and the gym the most. The breakfast was delicious

the room was spacious enough for a family and yet cozy.

The bed was a little bit on the hard side. I prefer soft mattresses

Over priced. Valet parking was a rip-off. I only used valet one night and self parked the rest of my stay and I was still charged $31.00 per night. That needs to change. And there were only 2 elevators and one was broken.
