We booked unit 20 but our confirmation was for unit 12 in the same block. The location was amazing. 5 min walk to the beach, the apartment was stocked well with swim noodles, coolers, inflatables ... everything you needed for a day at the beach. Within walking distant to restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was nice too, plenty of sun loungers. Kitchen was well equipped only wish would be a dishwasher. Beds were super comfy.

The following items didn't work in the apartment; the aircon leaked from a vent leaving a puddle on the tiles making it very slippery (put a towel down), tumble dryer (wouldn't heat up), washer didn't work (leaked when tried to use it), hair dryer plug was broken, lights in the bedroom ceiling lights flickered worried about electical problem so didn't use, the toaster was unusable. I dont really mind any of the above (except the hair dryer) but what upset me was when we contacted Vacca (letting agent) they weren't efficient or effective. Spoke to them on phone and was told someone would call back in 15 mins....Still waiting. Tried email... took 2 days to respond. The day before we left, someone came to fix the air con. Not a complaint but a suggestion, it would have been nice to have a welcome book that had all the information needed for the condo in one place. i.e. WiFi code, user guides for TV, dryer, washer etc. Instructions were in the condo but dotted around.

Nice quiet end unit with lots of space, multiple bathrooms, great location near good restaurants and the beach, washer and dryer in unit, stocked kitchen, had all the amenities, including 2 different types of coffee makers.

The condo was very tidy, but dirty. The floors made our feet black the 1st day. Had to wash the dirty bath rugs to turn the gray back to blue so we could use them after showering. The Keurig had an old coffee pod left in it and the dishwasher had a horrible smell when you opened the door. Was told by another visitor that there was a dead bird taken out of the pool and not to use it because nobody came out to treat the water.
