A great surprise

Was well located on the main street. Facilities for great clean room come to a bed. Nice outdoor area hosts were fantastic and make you feel extremely welcome.

Not just a stay, it was a 10/10 experience 👌

It was a one-of-a-kind experience staying at this beautiful BnB at the courtesy of our wonderful hosts, Paula and Stephen. They made our stay unforgettable through how stellar they’ve been maintaining this historical facility and providing above and beyond service. The room was absolutely stylish and comfortable while still maintaining its olden day charm. We also had tasty homemade breakfast by Paula and Stephen themselves before they sat down for a nice chat with us. It was overall the most authentic accommodation experience I’ve ever had anywhere in WA.

Comfortable and cozy stay.

The room was beautiful, tidy, clean and you had everything you’d need. The property owners were fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here if given the opportunity.

A very unique place to stay in York with all the heritage touches but with modern comforts.

Stephen and Paula were such welcoming and friendly hosts. They were so accomodating with the breakfast options and it was delicious. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The spa on the balcony was such a bonus and it was so relaxing! We loved our stay and will be back.

Paula and Stephan were amazing hosts. They were very friendly and welcoming. The facilities were excellent - clean, comfortable, quiet, indeed everything we wanted for a relaxed weekend getaway. We can't wait for an excuse to visit Avon Terrace Guest House again.

Love York ❤️

Warm greetings from both hosts, Avon Terrace guest house exceeded my expectations, you wouldn't wish for any thing more. Lovely calm atmosphere to the place and surroundings, including the garden and balcony. Extra special touch with a cooked breakfast to your liking. Ideally situated in the main Street close to all that York has to offer. Lovely to meet you both Paula and Stephen. My recommendation to anyone travelling, treat yourself to a special experience and stay a night or two at Avon Terrace guest house.

Beautiful historic property with great amenities including spa on the back balcony. Awesome hosts with interesting local knowledge. Very comfortable rooms and a lovely breakfast. Great location in the middle of York. Will be back for another stay soon.

Pillows were too big so a couple of optional regular pillows would have been great.
