Bon emplacement, chambre spacieuse

Chambre sale en arrivant, j'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises le nettoyage de la chambre juste après notre arrivée et ca n'a pas été fait. Petit-déjeuner médiocre, le personnel est méprisant et n'a aucune empathie.

L'emplacement à proximité du centre commercial Ayala. La gentillesse et le service du personnel.

La chambre est petite et surtout aveugle quoique pourvu d'une grande fenêtre donnant directement sur le mur de l'immeuble voisin situé à UN MÈTRE CINQUANTE ne laissant que transpirer la lumière du jour et obligeant d'allumer la journée. La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer et l'entretien de cette dernière devient indispensable ( robinet à changer et fuite à réparer). Quant à la chambre il est indispensable de se lever pour éteindre ou allumer.

The room was large with a big bed which was quite comfortable. It was cheap.

It wasn’t clean at all, there was a lot of mould over the shower curtain and dust everywhere. The breakfast was cold. When we gave some feedback there was no apology

The beds were really confortable, we slept very well after a long day. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and we had also lunch there - good restaurant.

Room is very small, aircon was near the bed. Just one towel per person.

There was no view to the outside from the room, but all in all the room was very comfy.

The staff were courteous and friendly.

The room was dirty when we arrived and we made two requests to clean it thoroughly which did not remedy it to a good standard. The bathroom fittings were old and stained and there was mildew buildup in the shower tile grout. The buffet breakfast had obvious signs of just re-using yesterday's food/coffee and the scrambled eggs were green, obviously from days of being there.

The room was generally clean, with a comfortable bed, quiet AC and a desk from where you can easily work if needed. The internet speed was great (more than 150 mb/s). The restaurant was very good and the breakfast was more than ok, even though it had some very weird options (something which looked like brain and lots of pork bones with some meat on them)

We needed to wait in the lobby for someone to check the room before leaving (this is the first time when we encounter this, in more than 40 countries we traveled to) The shower had a roller blind which was very moldy and disgusting.

The beds are comfortable.

This place is dingy. They don’t take care of it and it shows. The sink stopper was rusted shut. I called for maintenance. I left the hotel and came back and he still didn’t come. Finally when he did, he had to bust open the stopper with a screwdriver. There’s mold in the shower. Thankful I was just here to past time for a late night flight.

Everything!! It’s 11/10 for us! Facilities, rate, staff, food all good! Super plus for hospitable and kind staff. We definitely recommend this hotel. Hopefully they maintain their good service and excellent hotel quality.

Great Value and the place was AWESOME!

Few molds in the bathroom and the faucets were in need of replacement. Not a biggie for us but better fix it than leave it. 👍

Adequate hotel, but not more than that.

Very poor wifi - almost useless. Breakfast was basic. Nothing in the immediate area, but walking distance to Alaya Mall.

Preis-Leistung ganz gut; Frühstück umfangreich, allerdings philippinisch deftig. Personal hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Badezimmer etwas reperaturbedürftig, auch wenn recht sauber. Zimmerfotos sehen besser aus als "Realität".

It was an excellent hotel as the staff were always in a good mood, very friendly and great attitudes and very accommodating.

朝食のバリエーションが豊富で良かったです。スタッフの皆さんがフレンドリーで笑顔が素敵でした！ホスピタリティーにあふれてます。宿泊の部屋は、チェックインの時に受付の方から確認ありましたが、一人での宿泊だったので、ツインでも大丈夫ですか？と聞かれました。状況によっては、大きいサイズの一人用のベッドの部屋に移動できたようです。初日だけ、どうやら近くでライブハウスか何かで深夜近くまでとてもうるさかったですが、２日以降は静かでした。お部屋からの景色は、部屋によると思いますが望めませんでした。たくさん観光して、すぐ寝てしまう人には快適です。ベッドも快適で、よく眠れました。水道水は、改善の余地がありますが、飲まなければ大丈夫です。シャワーも温かい湯が出て、水圧も充分です。タクシーも配車アプリのGrabを利用すると便利でしたし、確実にホテル前にドライバーさんが停車してくれました。立地は、徒歩５分くらいで、巨大ショッピングモールやショッピングセンターにもアクセスできます。近くに現地のコンビニなどもあるので、ミネラルウォーターも買いやすいと思います。あとは、セブの人たちに敬意を払って、思う存分楽しんでください！
