Everything about the hotel is great, very close to the attractions just a minute of walking and you're there very convenient, hotel room was clean with all accommodations, would definitely stay there again thank you! ( Also found out my wife is pregnant with the pregnancy test so it was a beautiful stay 😁 ) Al hamdolilah

The location excellent, quiet no any problem
It was too cold and NO HEAT, imagine in February and top of the mountain with NO HEAT ... the room extremely cold and they have central heat that they put it on for aminute only every hour .we couldn't sleep ,and we got sick on the first day of our vacation... we left 7 am same day.

The only issue I had where the 🚬. It feels many time like someone is smoking in my room.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location, in the center of Ifrane city
1 - I reserved and paid trough booking, when i reached the hotel, they told me there's no room left. After 30 minutes of waiting, they managed to give me a simple room for the first day, to be changed in the second day. But no, they didn't change it.

the location is not accurate and the name of the panel or marks is very small and cannot be seen by me and taxi driver

Door of the balcony in room 103 needs some fixing as cold air gets in the room and had to block using my personal cloths, bag and bathroom towels to block it.

old and not well maintained hotel. It was freezing in the room and the bed was the worst I never experienced.
