Good central location for shops and beach.
The block is 1930s and the common parts need upgrading. The flat is on the 4th floor so you have to take a two person old fashioned grill cage lift to it. The apartment itself is fine. The shower rose needs checking as it did not work properly.

very clean & well equipped kitchen area. lovely space, large bathroom, ideal position between seafront & train station .
Does have WIFI which didn’t mention when booked.
Second bedroom needs some hanging space & mirror
both bedrooms need bedside tables/lamps.
could do with a few more coffee mugs.
