I’m definitely returning soon

It was very clean and had serene environment. The host was friendly too.

I liked everything about the property but I had some little challenge with the water flowing on my last the day of the trip I hope that issue gets resolved apart from that it was amazing.

SUCCESS ENSUIT APARTMENT, YOU ARE A WICKED WOMAN. WHY HAVE YOU CANCELLED ALL MY RESERVATIONS, why

Annoyed: My God, I have got entangled with a Booking.com homeowner CRIMINAL, called Success Room Ensuit Apartment Adjiriganor East Legon Accra Ghana. She Afua went into my own Booking.com site with her evil eyes and cancelled all my Bookings, both here in Accra, in USA, in Holland and in Germany. What on earth have I done. I think you condone Criminals Booking.com, because I cant imagine seeing those fraudsters with their computers defrauding Ghana dry yesterday, thats why they told me they had no space. Whereas male criminals on their laptops were just indoors cracking the websites. As I went to see in the apartment, whether they were actually occupied by guests. I went there and saw three guys cracking the websites in the sitting room and I surely reckoned they were fraudsters, because of how they clustered together in the apartment, cracking the website. Oh my God, Booking.com save me. This lady agent called Afua has gone into my Booking.com website and cancelled all my crucial reservations in Ghana, in Lome, in Ouagadougou, in USA, in Germany, in Holland, in France. She left my 2 home stay reservations in Holland, one reservation in Dublin and all my reservations in London. How about my reservation in Germany. I can't do without my reservations in Germany, with my weeks stay in Ouagadougou. These are important for Me Mum. Booking.com can I ask you to save me from this woman Afua. I am very scared. Save me please. I cry for my rescue. This is cruel. Save me Booking.com and reinstate all my reservations I reserved outside Ghana. I will make a new reservation with Booking.com and get another flat here in Accra. Just my only flat for 4months stay. Very important this. Booking.com can you kindly reinstate all my reservations I made from 23rd July 2023 up until April 2024, my crucial important official reservations I reserved in Lome, Ouagadougou, Dublin, Amsterdam, Germany, that I never cancelled at all. They are so important to me. What will I do now.

Please save me Booking.com and reinstate all my important official bookings that she Afua cancelled. I NEVER CANCELLED MY BOOKINGS. Please keep and reinstate all my reservations. Success Ensuit Apartment, why did you cancel all my Booking.com reservations I have reserved in advance. The ones in Ghana and all my important reservations abroad in Europe and America.

I'm looking up to lodge here, I wait to stay in this apartment, especially the Triple Room aptment.

Booking.com, goodmorning. Today is Friday 19th May 2023. I just logged into my webpage and my emails now. The last time I used or went on the internet was on Tuesday 16th May 2023. I just read your email saying that I Helga Okwuadigbo managed my booking on 17th May 2023 Wednesday. That is an absolute lie, because I haven't used anything called internet since Tuesday 16th May 2023, and therefore saying I Helga went on the internet on 17th May 2023, is truly an understatement. I must say this annoyingly, I am not happy with Success Room Ensuit Apartment at all. I don't know who bulged into my Booking,com. I Helga Okwuadigbo. arrived at the Success Ensuit Apartment premises at Adjiringanor Accra on Wednesday 17th May 2023 at exactly 1pm, and I arrived to pay and check in for my reservation. At the premises, I let the taxi driver go and I was informing the staff about my 17th May 2023 reservation and as well with my reservation number. The staff said that the homeowner lives in UK and not Accra, and they only talk to her (Afua) through whatsapp calls. I then said, Okay, no problems, Can I now check in. The staff, 3 of them said, No Madam, because our boss Afua, never told us you were coming, neither did she let us know u had a reservation today 17th May 2023, they all said. I then told them that I have my reservations all lined up on my mobile phone, that do they want to see it. They said No, don't bother about that, lets find out from our Madam Afua. But Madam Helga, kindly note that we are fully booked. There is no space for u to check in today 17th May 2023 or even 18th May 2023, But note that our reservations we have now are currently fully booked and will remain fully booked until the coming 2weeks.

I asked him in annoyance, how is it that I made successful single reservations from 17th May 2023. and also with some days onwards, and I have turned up and have arrived the premises to check in, and your are now telling me you are fully booked. I asked them, how am I supposed to understand that. As I was insisting to check in, the male staff called one of the guys in one of the apartments. The guy turned around and said to him, I am not checking out today, But I will surely check out tomorrow, But can you give me back my One week refund please, so that I go with it, the man said. The male staff said to him, wait abit, we will discuss that later on, the male staff told the guy occupant. I then immediately spoke to Afua their boss on the whatsapp phone. She Afua said, she never took my reservations seriously, that she never believes in my reservations. She didn't sound happy to welcome me at all. The male staff warned again and said, our Madam Afua is not keen in hosting you now, on your reservations. We don't see any reservations here ourselves, we only give our apartments to only Walk In customers, without reservations. So Madam Helga, the best option for you now, is to go now and come back after 2weeks, when all these lodged Walk-in occupants in our apartments, will all check out. Then we will be very happy to accommodate you and your reservations.

My stay at Success Room Ensuit was superb and would highly recommend to anyone

From the very beginning the host made you feel welcome and reassures you that the whole team will be there every step of the way to make your stay memorable. From the location of the place to the friendliness of the staff one couldn't have asked for more. It was also close to the airport and close proximity to local amenities including the mall packed with local and international brands and restaurants.

That I had to leave so soon. There is nothing not to like about the place. Its like home from home with so much peace and quiet.

The property is very well furnished and decorated. It was very comfortable. Also there is hot water in the washroom

My best service apartment stay

Breakfast was a delight. The accommodation is peaceful and neat Staff awesome The owner is very amazing. She checked in with me at intervals to ensure I was comfortable. Very thoughtful.

well there was not an ash tray so a lot of my cigs ended up on a staircase which we then cleaned up with a broom.

Top notch...Was really worth the while..The best Host ever💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🎉🎉🎉

For the first time ever I felt I was home away from home..Top notch service and everything that was promised was delivered..24/7 availability of host and would stay there over and over again...

Ummm nothing really!!! Maybe try speak to their network provider to speed up the internet access..
