reaching the hotel is not that easy

family run property full of character, set in large beautiful gardens. the hosts friendly and charming. good restaurant recommendation. breakfast homemade cakes and tarts, homemade jams, fresh figs. room large and tastefully decorated. it is near the motorway. safe parking

nothing. we just stayed one night on our way south.

The place is in perfect rustic style, original furniture and evrithing with a great taste. Very clean.

The house and living area are very nice and stylish. The puppy is a fairy. The host man is kind, although he does not speak a foreign language.

The housewife was gloomy all along. She barely speaks languages, it was hard to understand ourselves. Kitchen can be used just for money in a apartmant !? Although we didn’t ask for cleaning, mainly because of Covid, our stuff was rearranged, they touched everything. The labels of our freshly bought clothes disappeared, which we needed. When I asked her with a google translator, she caught on to the cleaning lady, but interestingly, she immediately found the label in the trash ?! Breakfast is not like the picture. The bread is dry and nothing can be touched, you have to tell them how much you ask of each, fruit, cakes, etc. In principle, there are Italian homemade cakes, at least that's what they said about the Austro-Hungarian strudel also. You can only enter the kitchen in a mask, of course they could come into our room and put our belongings together. The housewife is control manic and knowledgeable. We felt especially bad. The most beautiful accommodation is spoiled by a bad host.

Beautiful house with traditional details and interior (beautiful covered porch with wooden beams, just like the traditional country houses in Romagna), surrounded by fruit trees and vines. A nice scent of lavander all over. Excellent breakfast (lots of delicious pies and cakes 😊). The owners are super welcoming and helpful. We will definitely choose La Fornasaccia again.

The hospitality, the atmosphere of the property and the very nice breakfast. We will be back for more for sure.

Sad we could not stay longer

Located in a residential area, but just a short drive from the motorway it is ideal for travelers as well as those who want to explore the area. The property is a beautifully renovated tobacco barn filled with lovely old Italian furniture. The accommodation consisted of a sitting room and bedroom with a bathroom all beautifully clean. Outside there is a large covered area which would be great for breakfast in the summer. The breakfast of ham and eggs, a section of breads, savories and sweets was tasty and plentiful. The hosts are charming. The accommodation is in its own grounds and the parking is secure.
