What a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and really nicely decorated. We felt like the first guests there. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable. I can't rate it enough

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment.

Location was perfect for what our stay was for.

Could have done with a bit more storage in the bedrooms

Lovely apartment in an ideal location for exmouth. The hosts were so attentive at replying to my texts when I had questions. We cooked a meal on the Friday night and the kitchen was so well equipped. Thanks so much!

The instructions were slightly incorrect for the lock box but we managed to figure it out. Also would be lovely if tea/coffee and dishwasher tablets could have been provided!

Clean property, comfy beds and sofa, nice size!

Although tea and coffee was provided, milk would have been a nice touch. I clean holiday let’s and milk is always left for guests. There also weren’t enough towels for the amount of guests booked, and I struggled to find extra toilet roll due to it being in the cupboard rather than the bathroom.

High standard of the flat and nice pastel colours- all helps to relax. Excellent apartment, close to the sea and shops. Very clean throughout and all interior is very new, well designed and maintained. Great stay.

The flat's located in the part of the building overlooking the brick wall and neighbouring buildings- which makes the apartment quite dark. It was not a problem for a short stay though. Also some hooks, shelves in the bathroom would be helpful as well as a coat stand in the hallway.

Tea and coffee there on arrival but no milk. No chair in bedroom so had to sit on bed and then couldn’t see in mirror. Only one set of keys so a bit difficult for a multi generation group . Towels very poor quality.Clean was left in the dishwasher so we had to search for it.

Very clean and tidy. great central location close to pubs and café’s.

There is no parking for apartment one on site. street only if you can find it or payed for at the train station (2min walk only)
