The villas are big and nice enough. They don't have a TV for some reason, and the water in the bathroom doesn't drain very well. However, nice new kitchen appliances, big bathroom, comfy bed.

Where to start. This is not a hotel, it's just the villas, combined with the no-frills restaurant and tiny pool of a 2-star resort with wooden huts. It is definitely not 5-star. There is no lobby, only most basic service, we didn't get any cleaning over 5 days. They are building more villas in the back so there is a construction site with no fence. There are construction materials, thrash and cigarette butts all over the place. There is no beach to speak of, only a tiny strip in front of the pool, closed off from both sides. The villas are nice, but don't expect anything else.

We loved our stay. We had a big beach villa, and it was very nice and new. Staff was always friendly, and it was a nice and cheap restaurant in The middle.

Beach was so so. Villa was clean when we came, but what surprised us, that stuff is cleaning only every 3 days, they didn’t want to give us any towels for beach, there was no robes, no slippers. Seams that all stuff contained only 4 people, and only one guy out of 4 was friendly, but he was super friendly so it covered fully

We booked the beach front villa and it was unbelievable, the nicest room I have ever had in any hotel I have stayed in! I even forgot an item of clothing and the hosts have shipped this to me free of charge, they were absolutely lovely and went above and beyond for us during our stay 😁

location right at the beach would have been amazing if the beach was nice and cleaner. The restaurant was great serving local thai food. The owners Pu and Chai were very nice and helpful if something didn‘t function. We would definitely come back to eat at the restaurant!

There were construction leftovers which have been removed after complaining. sharp glass was there every day - we were cleaning the beach, just received a smile every day but no help…sad actually. knowing that most of the plastic is coming from the sea and not from there but a 10 min clean would do it. not a place for small kids at all. We had to ask for apartment cleaning every time even though we just needed the trash to be emptied and new toilet paper. Stove was oily and toaster not working. Bathroom fixtures very dirty. Nobody really cleaned the place proactively. There is a Club nearby that played loud music every night until midnight

Perfect beachfront! Beautiful views 24/7. You can wake up and swim in the beach, the kitchen is fully prepared, there is a restaurant at the doorstep, close to the center of town, a 7-11 and a motorbike shop in walking distance and a friendly and attentive host. Good wifi. All finishes and appliances are new. Would definitely stay again!
