It was hot and the stairs were a nightmare like the property manager Rachel who will find something to accuse you of.

It was hot. No air vents in the kitchen or living room and the stairs is scary. The person under us came knocking about stomping during late afternoon. Manager was rude and accused me of stealing a coaster holder. Couldn't get a good rest there because you can hear everything through the thin walls.

Going upvthe stairs is a nightmare as is the manager of the property

The apt. was clean & spacious, well decorated & equipped. Beds were very comfortable .

Location had good & bad points. It was near older part of town & Riverwalk & highways. Didn't like steep stairs or outside trash right at entrance. Also, trash beside porch is unsightly. Neighbors in apt. next door were very loud & noisy late in night causing lack of sleep first night.

Close to Beacon Theatre and Boathouse and river walk

The neighborhood was a bit “sketch.” Could hear TV noise from downstairs tenants until late.

The place was beautiful and it was completely stocked

I would have like to have know this was an upstairs apartment. No where in the description does it say that and my husband has a bad knee so it wasn't convenient. Also, it says quiet time is from 10pm to 9am, does anyone else know that? we where woken up at 2 something in the morning with doors slamming and people yelling. It was pretty awful to be woken up out of a dead sleep like that. My husband wanted to leave then but i talked him till waiting till day light. We did not feel safe and will not stay here again.
