They didn't accept soft copy of ID cards even 4star hotels accepts soft copy. So they asked to pay extra money which is very higher than the original booking rate. Bathrooms are not much neat and bed sheets also.

It was said in the app that it was near to the airport, it is not anywhere near. Almost 12 kms away from the airport.The staff's behaviour is outrageous. No guests are allowed in the room, they ask money if you want to have guests. Room and bathroom were not cleaned beforehand.The whole stay smelled like alcohol and cigarettes.
