I like the lake in the back of the house, and the size of the house

The kitchen appliances are too old and didn’t work. The freezer in the refrigerator didn’t work. We had soft ice cream. The dishwater doesn’t work. The dish washer pods keep getting stuck in the compartment and doesn’t wash the dishes. The pool and spa water is filthy dirty. My Grandson has green discharge coming from his ears, and we had blurry vision after submerging in the water.

The location was quiet and not too far from where we needed to travel daily. The pool and lake view were nice.

The access code for entry and instructions for the property were not sent prior to arrival. I had to call when we arrived to get the code, and all instructions and detail were then sent. Wifi name given in instructions was incorrect. At that time I learned of the extra fees to use the hot tub heater, the grill, etc. I did not think those extra fees were feasible with what the property cost. Also, one TV had no cable, Roku, etc until it was almost time to depart. I explained in detail that it was no remote, no Roku device, and the TV was not a smart TV. A tech was supposed to come out that Monday but didn't. I emailed again and he came the next day only to say he had to come back the next to bring a Roku device. By that time we had been there from Saturday to Wednesday. Another TV only had access to old shows and movies; no live TV. There were tiny black ants that I sent a message regarding and no one ever came to spray as I was told they would. Other than maybe two rooms, the beds were really uncomfortable.
