The interior is looking tired now and needs some tlc. A bedside table was damaged.

The size and space. The location
The property wasn’t that clean. The blinds couldn’t be pulled as there old and not up to health and safety. The worktops in the kitchen were dirty. The sofa needs replacing. There was 1 bedside table were the top was broken and a hazard to a small child.

Lovely big house, with plenty of room for all the family. Everything is there for use, like home from home.
Some of the doors did not lock with the keys we had for property.

Very happy feel to the place.
Double glaze doors are nearly all very hard to close as they seem to have dropped. One external door could not be locked and looked to be fixed with wire to raise it up a little?
We felt we had to wash all the cutlery before we could use it.
Clothes horse was broken.
We didn't understand what to do with recyclables. Last year we were to leave them in the garage ?
There is a water leak onto the floor in the downstairs shower room - looked to come from behind the sink/WC.
We had to leave 09.00 and felt this was a bit early.

Great property, lovely location!
Nothing to dislike (only very slight issues was the bbq was not clean on arrival but did not impact our stay as weather didn’t allow to use as we had planned)

perfect for a family gathering
would have liked to have been able to get into the house earlier than 4pm and to have to vacate at 9am I felt was a little early. 10.30am would be more manageable

A beautiful house in a fabulous location with views down the valley to the beach. Very little road noise despite being on the main road into Woolacombe. The patio area and terrace off the main bedroom were very well positioned with the sun on them all day. A welcoming bottle of prosecco in the fridge in arrival, a lovely touch.
A few minor fixes needed - a switch on the oven, a broken bannister, the french doors are out of alignment so needed some force to shut & lock them, broken parasol. A few more towels would of been ideal. Only minor things which did not detract from the overall luxury of the house & surroundings.

Step from door to patio area requires demarcation, as it caused falls.

There is a large step outside the door which, oddly, isn’t very visible in rainy weather or at dusk. It needs edging in something bright. My nephew fell off it and my mother fell up it.

House was very warm with an abundance of hot water. Superb views. Spacious. Dressing room and utility room were very useful. Kitchen was well equipped. We’ll appointed bathrooms. The host kept us well informed regarding arrival procedures.
Sofas were sagging. Instructions for recycling were unclear. Sign on the gate could be more noticeable, it was tricky to spot in the dark.

Beautiful quiet location with fabulous views. Spacious.
Patio doors not secure, hard to open and lock. Balcony door needs attention especially. Bed linen although smelt clean had stains and some hairs on. Sofa needed a clean. Quooker tap is loose in kitchen and needs attention, quite dangerous.

what’s not to like!! the property is spacious, has all the comforts and conveniences of home, it is clean and very comfortable. the layout is fantastic for a large family so we could cook, dine, watch tv or play games and be together. the location is fabulous, great views and very convenient.
the early check out time was difficult to achieve!

The house was in an excellent location with great views and seating areas outside although being November we did not use them much!
Generally a very nice house although showing signs of needing a bit of TLC in places!
Generally very comfortable. Good TV/internet.
There were a number of lights not working, shared bathroom seemed to have no hot water to shower although other showers were ok.
No instruction booklets for cooker although we worked it out. No kitchen caddy for waste food, No information about bins for recycling glass, cardboard etc.
The drive needs fence along very steep drop!
Perhaps a few games, books etc. would be good for evenings. We brought some of our own but many houses have good stocks to keep families busy for TV free evenings.

Loved the space and comfort of the house and the massive kitchen that was our main communal area which was lovely!
Recycle tubs need replacing onsite, had to get carrier bags and leave at side of road. Welcome book and guest book could do with replacing. So nothing serious!
