Sehr freundlicher, bemühter Vermieter und schöne Lage.
Leider war das Apartment nicht gut gereinigt als wir ankamen. Es hingen überall Spinnweben und es war sehr staubig. Auf unseren Wunsch wurde dann nochmals gereinigt, dann war es okay.
Leider hatten wir auch nicht die angegebene Waschmaschine, die uns sehr wichtig war. Der Vermieter hat uns 2x Wäsche gewaschen, jedoch ist das etwas anderes als wenn man jederzeit selber waschen kann. Überhaupt mit Baby..
Die Wohnung ist in keinem sehr guten Zustand, notdürftig geflickte Sachen, soweit das Auge reicht. Von der Duschwand, Duschkopf angefangen über halb zugeklebte Steckdosen usw. Laut Vermieter wird das alles aber bis nächsten Sommer behoben.
Für den Preis hatten wir uns mehr erhofft um ehrlich zu sein, auch wenn der Vermieter sehr bemüht war unseren Wünschen nachzukommen.
