Located in Fajardo, this attractive villa for £1,088 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to Fajardo, Puerto Rico! Whether it's the sunrise or the sunset you want to see - a stay at our Villa will give you both! Overlooking Fajardo and Las Croabas, the views of the island are beautiful and the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking. We hope you enjoy our new photography by the fabulous Gil Stose Photography! **Be sure to read the entire description including the travel requirements for Puerto Rico. All guest names must be provided with the reservation and compliance with the travel requirements for Puerto Rico is mandatory. Drivers License or Passport Verification upon arrival is required. Happy to answer any questions you may have. Enjoy one of the 7 Large Suites for your stay. The indoor/outdoor living is hard to beat. The large main kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils, pots & pans, etc for you to enjoy making meals and we just added a Dishwasher! Each Suite is quite private - there are also several different living areas - which creates a great opportunity for guests to be able to spread out, enjoy time together but also separately. The pool takes as much advantage of the sun as possible. WIFI is included. Washer/Dryer is available. The main level has a King Owner's Suite with an en suite bathroom. There is also a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen area. Take the stairs down to the next level, which offers one large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom and two larger bedrooms with King Beds with a shared full bathroom. There is also a separate relaxation area on the 2nd floor and a kitchenette. One floor further down offers 3 additional bedroom suites; 2 with Queen size beds and a shared bathroom and 1 with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. There is another living area on this level also. Please be sure to use the hand railings when using the stairs!! There are ten flat screen televisions throughout - each Bedroom Suite has one as well as one in each of the 3 living areas. Linens are provided. Stainless Steel appliances including toaster, gas stove. Coffee Maker, Blender, Waffle Maker, cooking utensils and dishware service for 16. Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay. Due to the time it takes to properly care & maintain the villas in between guests - and that we use an outside cleaning service and have to go by their schedule - we are not able to offer early arrivals or late departures. We are able to make several suggestions of things for you to do in route to the villa - or on your way back to the airport! Many things to see & do! We thank you for your cooperation. Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available. We look forward to welcoming you & helping to create a beautiful backdrop for wonderful memories! We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site daily anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm. The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. The pool is not heated. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. This is our second excellent family reunion/holiday staying at the Fajardo properties managed by iTrip Florida. The house was spectacular and the management support first rate. From the vistas, expansive balcony and pool, clean and modern interior, the house is stunning. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us, including spaces for small social gatherings or private escapes on all 3 levels. We stayed at the property next door which also impressed but is a little smaller. These properties sit atop a big hill and require you to have a car for access. They are close to beautiful beaches and we highly recommend Pirate Snorkeling Shack for equipment rental and snorkeling excursions. Also do not miss kayaking in the local bioluminescent bay - amazing! Kudos to the management team - JB, Sue and others - for quickly answering questions and making sure our holiday reunion was spectacular. Highly recommend.

This villa was absolutely amazing!! All my friends were raving about how beautiful the place was. The pictures posted are great, but it is so much more beautiful in person. The views are breathtaking. We were a group of 13 and we were more than comfortable. Each floor had its own relaxing area which was perfect for our big group. The kitchen was fully equipped with basically everything you would need to cook. It even had a waffle maker which was perfect for breakfast. The place is beautifully decorated and you can tell there is great attention to detail. The pool has floaties as well which we’re great for lounging in the pool. There was even a treadmill for anyone interested in working out. JB did an amazing job of contacting me before we arrived and had great communication throughout the stay. This was the perfect place for me to celebrate my 30th birthday and I would definitely come back.

The house was fantastic! We loved the area so much from the people, excursions, restaurants, etc. It was beautiful, the people are amazing and the manager of the house was great. He is very responsive, timely and made sure our stay was cozy and everything we expected. We will definitely be back!

We have a large group 10 adults and 5 kids. The house is beautiful and enough space for everyone. Nothing was missed. Though We did a lot of cooking in the house. So we did miss not having a dishwasher but we knew that upfront. There are three floors the main floor is on top and the other floors had a wet bar with mini fridges, which comes in handy for a large group. The host JB was attentive and we enjoyed chatting with him. He’s a good guide for the area. The house is in a nice location and It’s very peaceful area. The view is spectacular nothing beats that. We are Missing the home already and definitely recommend and will come back. Five starts for JB!! Thanks for taking good care of our group.

This is great property with great features and location. It seems management has some details to iron out. The pool was not clean upon our arrival and turned green by mid-stay. The sister property next door had a similar issue with pool cleanliness and they agreed. This was THE issue we struggled with as well as A/C in one of the rooms failed twice. It was fixed by the 3rd day but failed again within an hour. There were plenty of kitchen items including an ice machine, but there is no dishwasher and the we could not scare-up any paper products or garbage bags. Again, minor details, but important ones for a "high-end" property. There are several light switches. None are labeled and a few don't work. That made it interesing to go to sleep sometimes. On the plus side, there is laundry on 2 levels that made it quite easy and gorgeous views from every room. The master suite on the top level is beatiful but not quiet or private as it is off the kitchen and sports sheer curtains behind the pool (FYI). There is another master suite on the bottom floor that is more private and away from the rest of the house. All rooms have great views but sheer curtains means you are up with the sun every day. Some blackout curtains would be a good detail addition to each room. I don't want to make this seem like a complaint column, but again, small details mean more for a premium priced property. It sounds like property management recently turned over and needs to get up to speed a bit more

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was amazing. From the views to the actual home. It has everything you need in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the home was very clean. This is our second time renting from them and first time in this home and so far this is my favorite for family so we will be back with the kids in the summer. Definitely worth it.

Place had some of the best views I can imagine anyone can find in PR. Plenty of space for larger groups. Very much organized to those large groups, or families, etc. Host was prompt. Met us at property to check us in. Very relaxed. Property is in a great location and clean. Easily would return.

Let’s start with the obvious knock from the online pics.. The pool. It really isn’t as tiny as it looks in the pics. Very tolerable—and we had 15 guest 🤷🏾‍♂️. EVERYTHING else is as fabulous as the pics. Very clean. Views amazing. You will be taking selfies the entire time! Indoor/outdoor feel once you open up all of the slide doors is a very nice added touch! Hire a chef and daily cleaning and it’s a full 5 star experience. 😎
