Located in Tiny, this lovely house for £350 per night is a great option for your next trip. https://www.instagram.com/artisan.homes.realty/ - video of the house: https://youtu.be/nFPPwFBShak - 1 hr 45 mins away from Toronto - 4 world-class beaches and trails seconds from the house - 4200 sq ft house available - 2000 sq ft main floor (9’ ceiling) - 2200 sq ft second floor (12’ vaulted ceiling) - main entrance (21’ + vaulted ceiling) - new build 2021 and 4 world-class beaches seconds from the house by car or a 10-minute walk from the house - 3 full bathrooms (1 ensuite and additional full bathroom on both levels of the house - don't know why it says there are only 2 full baths on my profile) - 5 bedrooms and 5 beds (3 queens, 1 double, 1 twin) room 5 is an office but can be used as a bedroom - kitchen island is 60 sq ft and can seat up to 9 - dry bar attached to the kitchen countertop, separate from the island - located in Tiny Beaches (Lafontaine), Ontario - outdoor public skating rink, great for pleasure skating and shinny (must provide own gear) a 3-minute drive from the house (Jan and Feb only, weather permitting) - 2 balconies - 500 sq ft deck with patio furniture (spring, summer, fall only) and BBQ - additional dining area with table which seats up to 8 - huge french door fridge with ice dispenser and Brita water at your disposal - double oven and natural gas cooktop with 5 burners - Lafontaine Beach is the main public beach, 3 additional semi-private beaches are available - countless golf courses within a short drive - par 3 golf course called White Pines is a 5-minute drive from the house - many fishing spots all within a short drive, paid fishing located at White Pines Golf and Fishing - Awenda Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive from the house - free boat launch located at Balm Beach (smaller boats and sea doo), a 15-minute drive from the house - Penetang Harbour (paid boat launch, especially great for larger boats) 15 minutes away from the house - Wasaga Go Kart and paintball 30-minute drive from the house - Tim Hortons and grocery stores 15-minute drive from the house - Mount St Louis 40 minutes away, Collingwood 1 hour away - you can cross country ski straight from my house - lots of trails for hiking, snowmobiling, and for your ATV very close to my house - 75 inch UHD Smart TV - master bedroom on main floor, 4 massive bedrooms upstairs - ping pong table - 10 000 sq ft of available lot - 4 couches in the house - internet (5mbps) - no access to basement and garage - LCBO is about 3 minutes away by car - maximum 8 guests, $250 additional charge for every guest more than 8, per night - no pets allowed (additional $500 fee charge for bringing a pet - anything not human - on property - no smoking/vaping on property, $1000 additional charge for smoking/vaping - plenty of parking, do not park on the street, owner not liable if cars get towed if left on street - mature adults and families only - house is located in a rural area but on a residential street - house is not suitable for loud parties or events, guests are expected to be mindful of outside noise levels between 11pm and 7 am - noise complaints nor disturbances in our community will not be tolerated - only individuals listed on your reservation are allowed access to the property - basement and garage are off-limits, not part of the 4200 sq ft - the property manager lives in the basement with own private entrance and does not share any of the 4200 sq ft house, does not share any of the deck (500 sq ft), backyard (6000 sq ft) or front lawn (4000 sq ft) with you - property owner does not take any responsibility for any slips, falls or accidents that might occur on the property - Nest camera facing the front door, front lawn and driveway to prevent and deter theft and sneaking in more guests

I saw the description of 4200 sq ft. and saw the pictures, but you have no idea how large this property is until you walk in. Arthur has a very well equipped home and everything is literally brand new. It was a quick 10 minute walk to the beach and the kids and grandkids had a blast. The backyard was also large and the deck was well equipped for 8 people. I told Arthur "Don't be surprised when I contact you again for next year"

Our family had a wonderful time. We love how spacious and modern the cottage was. We spent most of our time gathering around the giant kitchen island, the backyard deck and fire pit. The kids had lots of space to enjoy and run around both inside and out. There were great size bedrooms. The beds were fresh, clean and comfortable. Our host, Arthur was extremely accommodating and responsive. Thank you! The semi-private beach, although smaller was nice for our little ones. There were lots of rocks so water shoes would definitely help. The beach was a short 10 mins. walk from the cottage or a quick drive. Keep in mind there’s not a lot of parking so walking might be the better option. The beach was so peaceful. We even caught the sunset one evening. The water was calm and the sand was so soft and clean. There were no crowds and the people there were extremely considerate and friendly. One thing I would recommend is to bring sunshade. It was a really hot weekend and by mid afternoon the sand was scorching hot. Shade was very much needed. Overall we had a great family vacation.

Beautiful!

We had a lovely experience here. The home is so beautiful and spacious, and had everything we needed. Host provided parking passes to park for free close to the beach (2 minute drive from home). Beach is lovely, mostly sand but a bit rocky- water shoes recommended. We loved this property and will definitely consider returning next summer.

Arthur is a wonderful host. He is attentive and communicative. His house is fabulous with so much space. The kids loved the ping pong table and we had nightly viewing parties with the huge TV. Arthur has stocked the house fully. We had a great stay and look forward to returning next year!

Overall we had a fabulous, low maintenance, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful stay at this property. There was lots of space for our group, property manager was very accommodating, friendly, professional, and available to answer any questions we had. Pristine property that was just lovely in every way and had all the amenities we needed. Great area to enjoy a stroll around the neighbourhood. Had everything we needed for our getaway. Thank you Arthur for your incredible flexibility and for contributing to our beautiful weekend. We had an amazing time.
