This is our second time staying at this property and it has been fantastic both times. Unfortunately this time the cleaning people failed to come and we ended up having to wash sheets and towels, re-make the beds, and clean the floors. But the owner, Brett, was fantastic to work with and got us cleaning supplies and was fast to respond to my messages. So overall the stay was still amazing, it was just a little downer that we arrived and the cleaning hadn’t been done.

We enjoyed the clean, well-stocked, well-designed home. The e-bikes and pool were a hit with the whole family. Thanks!

We loved the casita!! There was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we might need. We were in the area to enjoy the shows at Tuacahn and we were not disappointed. Especially enjoyed the pool!!!

Beautiful, clean, they let me drop off food early and put in refrigerator to keep it cold. The electric bikes were a big hit for the teenagers. They had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen! Will stay here again!

The location was perfect providing easy access for travel to Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon N Rim plus there are a ton of other parks nearby as well. There are also plenty of restaurant options within 15min of the neighborhood. The home was well stocked with ample supplies. The community pool/hot tub were nice and clean. The e-bikes were a fun addition to ride on the local path. The communication with Brett was easy. It was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this place to others!

It was a great location for the St George IM. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. I had to shorten my stay because of work I would have loved to stay longer. I will be renting this place again for more triathlon on St George.

The neighborhood was great and the home was clean. All things were provided as stated. The ceiling fans and lights did not all work. Low quality supplies. Broken dishwasher part.

Great location Nice, clean place Fun E-Bikes Close to I-15 Loved it!!

Everything about our stay was perfect with one (big) exception. The townhouse is in a wonderful little community. It is full of vacationing families. Everybody is very friendly. It was perfectly safe. The E bikes were a huge hit and there were so many places to be able to ride them nearby. The townhouse is in a perfect location to visit so many places in Southern Utah, including Zion National Park (about 45 minutes away), and Bryce Canyon National Park (about two hours away, but a beautiful drive and definitely worth it). Pioneer Park in St. George is also a great place to spend some time along with Snow Canyon State Park. Most of the condo was very clean, tidy, well organized. There is plenty of room and it was well stocked with just about anything you can possibly need, including toilet paper, kitchen supplies, and laundry supplies. We could’ve used a few more hand towels because there were only four provided but no big deal. Now the problem… And it was a big problem for me. I truly believe that somebody FORGOT to clean the bathtub and shower stall and bathroom floors. While the rest of the house was very clean, there was HAIR all over the bathroom floors and bathtub and shower. The sinks, though were very clean, which leads me to believe that somebody forgot to clean the entire bathroom. I have never in my life had to clean hair out of bathrooms at a vacation rental and we travel quite a bit. Otherwise, everything was great.

Our family got together here for softball and soccer tournaments for a few days. The house gave us plenty of room and space for us to spread out and enjoy. The amenities were amazing and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with items. We will definitely be coming back.

The property was wonderful and we had a great stay! Everything was clean and just as promised. We enjoyed the extras like the puzzles and books in the house. Loved all the tables so we could eat and play in different spots around the house (but to be honest, the plastic table covers were very tacky and felt like “grandmas house” while everything else was very modern). Appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, but the bowls were very tiny. Beds were a little firm but comfortable. Our family of six really enjoyed the space, location and pool on the property. We’d stay here again!

We've stayed at a couple properties in this area and we really like this place. This house was very well stocked with supplies, had comfortable beds, and the community heated pool/ hot tub was great since our stay was in December.

This was an excellent choice for our family to all get together. We had mostly adults and 3 young children. The beds were all very comfortable and clean. The space was immaculate. The set up worked well with a couple gathering places so that we could play games after the kids went to bed and not disturb them and the kitchen table big enough for our whole party to eat together. The heated pool was a huge plus and our kids couldn’t get enough of it. They had a wagon full of floaties and pool toys which was great to haul stuff and kids to and from. There were 2 parks and a bike path within a quick jaunt. I wish I would have brought my mountain bike to enjoy some desert trail riding that was basically in the backyard. Garage is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle (our Ford Excursion barely fit with maybe a few inches of clearance) but there was ample guest parking. Overall would definitely recommend and we would look at staying there again if we gather in St. George again.

This was a great property and convenient location! We really enjoyed the community pool. The pool was great with kids with different areas and depths. The house had everything you'd expect and need in the kitchen. Had plenty of towels. We liked the extra pillows in the bedroom closets but were unable to find extra pillow cases for them all. I took off one star for cleanliness just because we did find a bag of cookies from a previous occupant and other garbage underneath one of the beds... everything else was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice rental with a great community pool. Many trails to ride with two e bikes provided by owners. Owners provided a lot more supplies than we have gotten at other rentals. Hand soaps, dish soap, laundry soap and enough toilet paper to last 6 people for two weeks!!! Easy access to main Highway.

We used this rental as a jumping off point for Zion, Bryce, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. The drives were a bit long but beautiful and coming back to the Fiesta Lane property was wonderful. Plenty of space, nice kitchen, great location.

Place was awesome. Very nice and clean with space for family. Location is great. So much to do in the area. We visited Zion, Bryce, and the North Rim of Grand Canyon - great place to come back to and rest. Communication with property owner excellent.

Love staying as a family at this cute and roomy townhome. It was very clean, and we all were comfortable in our own space, and being able to have places where we could relax, and play fun games as a family.
