Boasting a classic layout, this two-story cabin, just 13 miles from Snow Valley Mountain Resort, includes a wonderful main level that will be ideal for entertaining and a loft-like upper level with an A-Frame ceiling that will charm every visitor when it is time to hit the hay. After full days of lake fun or hiking with the family dogs, settle down a bit and chill out next to the wood-burning fireplace as smells of a home-cooked meal waft in from the full kitchen. Culinarily-inclined guests will have no trouble feeling right at home with a gas range and stainless steel appliances to help you prepare meals with ease. Come summer, the back deck will be just the place to sip a refreshing cocktail in bliss as the sun dips behind the treetops, yet you can also stay inside and use the free WiFi to stream your favorite movies on the TV. What are you waiting for? Wooded Comfort is just waiting to assist in making the best memories. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is located on a narrow road. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: one on the tree overlooking the driveway, one overlooking the front door, one o back patio Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The property we clean, spacious and warm set in quiet residential area. Loved using the kitchen, we had tea all day with how easy the tea kettle was to use. Streaming service made movie nights fun. There was always warm water in the shower. The only difficulty was getting the correct Wi-Fi password. Overall though would recommend. There's plenty of nice shops and trails in the area to keep you entertained.

I spent the first day cleaning before enjoying my vacation. Dishes were dirty and dusty, spider webs everywhere around the house, around the windows. Furniture, sofas, and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable.

I was unfamiliar on how to use the streaming for the television. So, I found some books in a wicker basket above the fireplace. They were very interesting books in which I would like to inquire where they got them as I would enjoy a copy. The books were not organized in the basket for your clients to see. I hope you don’t mind, when I was done reading and studying the books I rearranged them and put them back so you could easily see them as a point of interest. I learned a lot from those books and I’m kind of glad that I could not get the TV to work.

The location was great - it was quiet and not far from Sky Park and Arrowhead Village. It was spacious and has everything we needed for a great weekend away!

My family and two dogs stayed at this beautiful home. It was very clean and had a variety of kitchen and other supplies, as well as firewood. Very cozy and welcoming, with a fenced deck for our dogs. Quiet neighborhood with parking. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great experience!

We had an excellent time at the Wooden Comfort cabin. The team was so nice to leave a friendly note, Thanksgiving plates and even a turkey pan. We enjoyed cooking, watching Netflix and staying warm against the fireplace. There is enough room for family and friends. Would be happy to stay there again. Thank you!
