I hope you’ll enjoy staying in a Hotel Room style apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Our apartment has a private and contact free entrance. We offer a small porch, living room, 2 kitchens spaces (inside/outside) a shower bathroom and a large bedroom. Everything has been meticulously decorated in a modern/mid-century style. Enjoy our property, its amenities, and have the opportunity to relax and visit Tampa Bay and surrounding awesome places. I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read the house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings. Suggestions are always welcome. La Casita Rule’s: Check-in 4:00PM. Check-out 11:00AM. This is a drug/smoke free place. Please drink alcohol responsibly. (no e-cigs, no vape) (smoke allowed outside) No drinks or food in bedroom. No pets allowed on premises. Please do not burn candles inside the rooms. No parties or events allowed during stay. No loud music, please be considered with neighbors. Please take garbage and recycling out every day. Cleanliness is our priority. Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Do not forget to lock the door and keep gate closed. And the most important rule is: Enjoy and have fun!!! We have put a lot of effort into making this property into a lovely space. Please treat it with the same respect as you would do your own home. RECOMMENDATIONS We have two kitchens, and a barbeque grill area, we highly recommend using outside kitchen to prepare smelly food, therefore you can enjoy of a better cleaning and odor free stay. We provide a list of nearby restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and businesses in general for your convenience. RECOMENDACIONES Tenemos 2 cocinas y un area de barbecue, pero recomendamos usar siempre que se pueda la cocina de afuera, asi evitara olores desagradables en su cuarto a la hora de dormir. Por favor mantenga cerrado el porton de acceso, nuestro vecindario es muy seguro, pero asi conservara mas privacidad. No dude en llamarnos a cualquier hora para lo que necesite. Estamos aqui para ayudarle y hacer de su estancia una experiencia placentera. Dejenos saber cual es la mejor hora para rehacer su habitacion o para el servicio de limpieza. Para su conviniencia le henos suministrado una lista y menus de algunos de los restaurantes, cafeterias, y tiendas o negocios recomendados de la zona. En caso de fuego, abandone el lugar lo mas rapido possible. Nuestra propiedad posee alarmas de fuego, asi como extintores.

Everything was perfect!! Just as pictured, loved the outdoor space it was private and perfect for morning coffee or a beverage in the evening. I couldn’t have asked for more. The bottle of wine was a nice treat as well. Thank you for hosting us!

We stayed in this fantastic place for three weeks. The location was super as it was close to everything we needed. Yes it’s a little apt off the main house but u have your own private entrance/gate. We communicated through emails and the hosts responded quickly. We loved exploring all the parks and beaches in this area and we could walk around in such a safe and friendly neighbourhood anytime…it was super. The cleanliness was superb and attention to detail the host spent time on made this place with a private sitting area outside a home away from home. We would stay again in a heartbeat 😃

Great place to sleep in late during vacation! There are no windows so we were able to enjoy lots of much-needed sleep. Everything was well-thought out to maximize the space in this cozy spot. Kitchen is fully stocked with thoughtful additions like wine, coffee and water. Would definitely stay again. Easy access to everything.

I was extremely impressed with the property, being that it was my first time visiting Tampa and choosing to stay at someone’s house. I felt safe knowing that a family actually lived there, and privacy wasn’t an issue at all. The location is great if you want to be away from the beach traffic, yet close enough to travel to them. It was a great experience, and has made me reconsider hotel bookings. The clock outside was very neat to me, and overall it just felt like home and not just a rental. Thanks!

I enjoyed staying in the casita very much during my time in the Tampa area. It really felt like I was coming back home after a day of exploring. Check in was easy, the space is super modern, clean, and has everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and in the perfect location. The hosts are are wonderful and the wine was much appreciated! The owner didn’t miss a beat…thought of everything a person might need. Location is convenient to downtown Tampa as well as the beaches/bay. Quiet neighborhood, very safe. Luxury of a hotel suite without the outrageous prices. Thank you so much, we will be using your rental again to visit our family!

Great place, spotless. I would definitely recommend this spot especially for younger people. The bed and chairs were comfortable, but difficult to get out of for older people. That was the only down side for us. Loved the complementary wine so thoughtful after a long day of travel. The hostess thought of everything. There wasn’t a thing that we looked for that we didn’t find!

Impressed with whole layout of La Casita. Comfortable seating in living area. Large bedroom complete with computer station, and plenty of closet space and drawers. Kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances. Clean bathroom with shelving unit and many extras like toiletries. Outdoor seating with barbecue and greenery. Complimentary water, wine and coffee was much appreciated.

We stayed two evenings and enjoyed everything. Farrah our host had done a great job making The Casita a fun place to stay. The decorating is very cute and all amenities were at hand. Communication with Farrah was prompt and accurate. We’ll be back again at some point as we discovered a great Cuban restaurant just a couple minutes form The Casita with a great staff and wonderful food.

The property is excellent, it looks exactly as the pictures (clean, modern, etc), the neighborhood is very safe and the property as well. There is a separate entrance to the rental property, the bedroom and bed were very clean and super comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, as well the little patio that belongs only to the rental property. The parking was available next to the rental property, overall it was a great stay, I highly recommend it and I would definitely stay here again. The communication with the host was great, I was assisted with everything I needed.

This property checked just about every box. Cleanliness was paramount. Detailed instructions were there to guide us through our first minutes in the premise. The host responded promptly to all our questions and requests. For the price, one couldn't expect much more.

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, comfortable bed in a nice neighborhood. I stayed here while visiting a relative who lives in Tampa. I loved the little outside patio which offered privacy. The homeowners live on the property and are very helpful and friendly without making you feel uncomfortable. I well appreciated the bottle of wine and water.

THe host is very rude and unprofessional, he does not know how to speak to woman nor does he know how to run a a business . He canceled my booking mid stay due to an extra guest when I was unaware . He was aware that I lived in a totally different state and was leaving in less than 24 hours, and he continued to still give me 2 hours to remove my belongings from the property and threatend to call the police rather than communicating and accomading his guest.

Very clean and nicely decorated place. The bathroom has a huge shower. All the utensil you need are there. Regular size fridge for all your food. Lots of towels and wash cloths. The bedroom has a nice closet. The only thing missing for a long stay would be a small dresser in the bedroom. We had to keep our suitcase on the suitcase holder in our room. I loved the private outdoor patio! So charming. Had my coffee out there every morning. Farah and her husband are wonderful hosts and there for you if you need anything. Very nice stay.

This was a cozy, clean & perfect little place. I love the privacy for the outside space. It was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. Owners lived on the property, so if I needed anything, they were there. I very much enjoyed this rental. Thank you. I would rent this place again!!
