A private home with an inground pool, you will be only 2 miles to the closest beach access and 2 miles to the Pier and Village area. From this location, you can walk to Redfern Village and some of the other nearby shops and restaurants. Better yet, rent some bikes and tour the whole island. Enjoy the new construction with 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths - with master suites on the main living level as well as the second level. With an open living, kitchen and dining rooms, this house embraces full utilization of space. There is a sun-room off the dining area which leads to the outdoor pool and entertainment area which is fenced-in for privacy. The main master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the first level along with a half bath and laundry area. Upstairs, the bedrooms are a queen, a set of twins and the 2nd master with a queen bed. The outdoor area has a sectional sofa, lounge chairs, and tables with a cooking griddle, two burner eyes and a large propane grill. You'll love having your own cabana area!
