We had a great time this past weekend in Cocoa Beach.
The house was clean, equipped and very conveniently located to the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach.
It is the perfect house for the whole family. Adam was very responsive and made the check in/check out process a breeze. Highly recommended if you are looking for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

House was large enough for 2 families of 4. Kids loved the pool and the fact it was heated the entire time. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. Very close to shops/restaurants in Cocoa Beach. Would stay here again

Awesome property! The house was very spacious for our family of 10. We loved the heated pool, it was a hit with the kids in our group. Close walking distance to the ocean and very quiet neighborhood. The host was very quick to respond to questions we had. We definitely made memories and enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great property for a family to spread out and relax. Sunroom, living room, patio by the pool......a spot for everyone. Easy walk to the beach, local golf courses, Putt-Putt, An hour from world class bass fishing, and from Disney.
Restaurants, Coffee shops, Ice Cream all just blocks away.
Would definitely rent this property again.

We had a great time! The house was as described and better than we expected, very clean and very well decorated. Communication with the owners was very good as well. We would absolutely come back here.

The house is beautiful!! A short walk to the beach but we enjoyed lounging around the pool even more. Close enough to all the major attractions yet far enough away. We will be back again.

This home was immaculate and complete with all needed in the kitchen for a great stay. Plenty of towels and an air conditioned garage for ping pong and laundry. Would highly recommend this house and would easily stay here again!

We were 10 people from Norway, 6 adults and 4 children, on summer holiday. The house suited us very well. the pool was also frequently used. A short way to the beach, where there were good conditions for all of us.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property. With 4 young girls (7 years and younger), the pool and easy walk to the beach were great features. The home layout accommodated our party of 8 very well. Communication with the owners was top notch as we had kitchen appliance issue addressed in record time over a weekend. We highly recommend this property and we’ll book it again the next time we need Cocoa Beach lodging.

Great location, close to all the restaurants and bars yet far enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. Property has all that you need for a day at the beach…wagon, chairs, canopy and cooler. Just a couple minute walk and you are there. Pool is a great size and tiki bar/grill area was a nice touch.

We had a great time spent with family. The house has all of the amenities of home and the outdoor living space was great. We steamed crabs on the grill and it was a great set up for eating outdoors!

We had an amazing time at this home! The owners have thought of everything. Our family was celebrating a wedding at a near by venue and we really enjoyed the comforts of this home. We were close to everything in the area that you could possibly need. Having the pool was so nice or everyone too. We are hoping to stay here again someday.

Home was as good or better than advertised. Clean, spacious & plenty of amenities. Closer to the beach than we thought. The heated pool , yard and Tiki Hut were great. Terrific week for our family & grandkids. Thanks Adam & Brittany you're fine hosts. Would certainly stay again.

We had a family vacation in January with 9 people and the house was perfect! The kids LOVED the heated pool. They had a great time with all of the games provided and the big jenga game. The walk to the beach was a few minutes and it was a beautiful beach. The hosts respond quickly and were very kind. We would definitely stay here again!

We walked into a wide open, bright clean home. All the amenities were excellent right down to martini glasses and toothbrushes! We really appreciated the cooler and the crockpot for our Thanksgiving dinner. The pool was heated and great; lots of outdoor amenities and chairs. Beach, a short, walk a five-year-old to do. We really appreciated all the details and amenities.

We had a great family trip here. Plenty of sitting space and room for everybody! Everyone's favorite spot was the pool. The beach was a quick walk and the hosts were super response and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful home for families
We stayed here with my family of 5 and my brother’s family of 5. The house was clean and comfortable. Great location! Took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach with 6 kids! The pool area was amazing! The owners/managers were very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.
