Great house for families! We wanted to escape the cold and this was the perfect winter getaway! Warm pool and awesome home. Winter months are the best time to visit Snow Canyon to avoid the crowds!

Overall, this was an excellent place to stay! It accommodated our large crowd perfectly!The pool was a ton of fun, the littles we brought had a riot in there. Perfect that its right by the door and you can easily keep an eye on everyone. The rooms were plenty spacious, the bathrooms were excellent!The only bum not was some of the smaller kitchen appliances were not entirely clean. They weren't "filthy" do any degree, but noticeable usage from the previous stay.Overall, we were thrilled to be there!

Incredible St. George house for rent. Great amenities, super clean, fully stocked for cooking, awesome pool. Absolutely no complaints. They were very accommodating and it was a great house for our couples weekend retreat. Will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, we enjoyed the house & it’s amenities. The grandkids enjoyed the nba game & the ping pong table. The pool at the house was really nice and we enjoyed it daily as it became the highlight of the day and the focal point of our evening gatherings. The intermittent undependable internet was kind of a disappointment. It was on & off several times during the week which made it difficult for those so inclined to watch movies on Netflix, etc.. My wife & I have mobility issues, so just be advised that the house lacks some ADA assistance devices. The downstairs master bedroom walk in shower is huge with two separate shower heads and is very nice, however it doesn’t have any grab bars for assisting with balance to hold on to for safety. The bathroom also lacks grab bars for assistance in the toilet area. I don’t think the house is advertised as being ADA compliant & it is my fault for not asking about the handicap accessibility prior to renting. If possible, those small inexpensive upgrades would be terrific. There were 12 of us ages 15 to 75 and there was plenty of room for our group. The beds were so comfortable & most small appliances were available for our use. The gas grill is a good size & very nice for larger groups. The fire pit made for fun smores making. The location to town for groceries and restaurants was very convenient. We had a great time in spite of the 100 plus degree temperatures. We did not use the community pool or other facilities available to us at the resort. Thank you!

really bad, when we got there all the sheets and pillow of the rooms where wet. the 2 sofa beds didn't work. when we call to complain, the guys new about but he just told me they couldn't get new yet. We had to sleep in the floor. I e-mail them to get some refund back because we shouldn't pay for something they offer and they didn't give us but nobody e-mail back. I wouldn't never stay in this house again.

The property is advertised to sleep 26 which really it is not big enough to accommodate that many people. The two hide-away beds were either broke or in such terrible condition that the kids/young adults all opted to sleep on the floor. Our other thought was if it really can handle 26 people a bigger refrigerator would be advised. Other than these two issues we enjoyed our stay. The kids loved having their own pool and the location as far as proximity to grocery store and parks was excellent. We love St George and definitely will be visiting again. If we bring a large group like this again we would look for a different unit.

We loved our stay and was perfect for our spring break. We didn't want to leave and asked for extended stay. My wife and children and grandkids were all accommodated very well. Plenty off room and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable If there was a question we received it in no time. I felt very safe with our 1 and 2 year old grandsons and the pool. The sliding doors were heavy enough they couldn't open them by themselves and our other grand kids played in the pool almost everyday. They all loved it and we will come back and stay. Thank you

We wanted a spontaneous getaway from the snow and a fun pool for the kids, and we found that here! We absolutely loved this rental. We have stayed in 20+ vacation rentals in St. George and this ranks in the top 5 for sure! It had most everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, although I would love salt and pepper as a staple. Comfy and well designed. Towels were plentiful! Location is amazing. The pool, it was wonderful. Heated nicely and my kids swam 4 times a day. It was a relaxation trip for us, and we did just that! We hardly left the house because we had everything we needed within the property. Loved it! Will stay again.

Check-in was the only issue and it was small. The code to get into the unit didn’t work. It was late and we had small children so it was a little inconvenient. I sent several messages to the company and they did get back to me in about a half hour. They gave me a new code and we were good to go. Absolutely no issues after that.

The property was large and had everything we needed. The furniture and home were in great condition. I did feel like the cleaning job wasn’t as good as it could have been. The pool/hot tub was hard to figure out, but the property company was quick to respond and resolved any issues we had.

We were very happy with our stay here. From reading prior reviews we assumed there would be issues with the pool. Fortunately for us we had a family member who works with pools and was able to take care of all the pool issues that came up. There is only one pool maintenance worker for all their properties and he wasn't able to stop by at all during our stay. Upon check-in after 4 they were still cleaning up after the last group and our door code would not work. Customer service was great to work with for both of these issues. The only other negative would be the two pullout beds in the upstairs living room are very uncomfortable, would just use air mattresses in the future. Overall this was a beautiful home and was a great place for a large family, fall break stay-cation. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms are spacious, there were pool accessories to use in the garage, and so many great amenities that kept us happy for the long weekend!

Overall we had a great experience in staying at this property. Place was very clean, good layout, spacious and comfortable for 15 of our family. Pool and Jacuzzi made the highlight of the stay. Property management were very attentive to our needs and great with availability. I would only suggest for those planning on staying to ask for access to pool and spa app from property management prior to stay to be able get full use of features to the pool/spa like water fall or lights in pool. We definitely would be open to staying here again.

Hot tub and pool features were finicky from the start, which was the main reason we rented this location. It completely broke the second day and customer service was less than responsive. It was clear they didn’t want to do anything about it. Fire pit instructions were missing and so was a lighter or matched. Sink was not draining in the master bathroom. Little signs of litter from previous occupants were still there. Gorgeous unit and would have been a 5 star stay. But the service was awful.

We had 19 adults stay here and had plenty of room, plenty of towels and bedding.
Wonderful private pool and hot tub! Other places we have stayed it has been difficult to moderate the water temp, but this one was perfect the entire stay. It did take us a while to find the controls for the hot tub temp, waterfall and lights. It would be nice to have that listed in the folder of information.
Adults who slept in the 3-high bunks said they were rickety and they were afraid to roll over for fear of waking the others up.
It was fairly noisy from neighbors on all sides throughout Saturday, so if you are looking for a quiet spot, this probably isn't for you. I noticed it, but it didn't bother us as we had music on at times (and probably some loud laughter) also. I didn't notice any noise in the evenings.
We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the home, it was very clean. The pool was very warm and hard to enjoy during the hot days, but the community pool was very refreshing and fun. Littles enjoyed the arcade machine! Lots of seating to eat meals together. Came across a few maintenance issues that needed attention but over all our family of 16 loved the home!

Everything was so beautiful the house was great the scenery breath taking did not want to leave... only 2 very minor glitches was the trashcans were full and the the firepit out side was not where it showed in the original picture... but all in all great experience my granddaughter did not want to leave as did i... thank you 😊

Family Getaway
It was easy and efficient. We did have a couple of problems. Driving directions were not given with the code and we had to ask for directions because the GPS could not find it.
The pool was extremely hot. The jets, waterfall, and lights in the pool were not working . The patio lights were also not working. It was fixed after I emailed them but 1 1/2 days of our getaway were over.

We enjoyed our stay here! The pool was awesome and the kids had a blast. Our only complaints about the house was we were told there was an extra propane tank and there was not and the one on the grill was nearly empty. None of the exterior outlets worked, which also included the lights and outdoor tv. Also, the stove does not reach temp, we tried to cook frozen French fries and they were still not done after 60 minutes. We loved all the space and 14 of us were comfortable for our entire stay. Thank you!
