About this house rental
Situated in Palm Harbor, this attractive house for £305 per night is a great choice for your next break. Come stay at this gorgeous 4 bedroom/3 bath, executive style, WATERFRONT home with dock, backyard, and huge screened in pool with spa. TONS! of wildlife to see sitting out back overlooking the Waterfront Canal. Toss in a line with the supplied fishing poles, or take the supplied Kayaks for a nice paddle out on the waters of Lake Tarpon. ☑ 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath ☑ Waterfront property w/ dock on fresh water canal ☑ Huge pool, spillover spa, sun shelf, and deck ☑ Large, fenced backyard ☑ Clos *Pool and Spa are not heated but do stay warm in the summer months. The Spa can be heated and is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation. Spa heat can be added to a reservation for a daily rate of $40.00 per day from the hours of 6 pm till 10 pm. Spa heat must be purchased for the duration of your stay. Spa heaters operate on a timer that is set to come on in the evening and turn off at night. *This home is situated on a canal off of Lake Tarpon. While most guests are able to enjoy watersports in the canal, including boating, kayaking, and fishing, there may be times that these activities are limited or not possible due to environmental factors that are both unpredictable and beyond our control. The two primary factors that may impact use of the canal include: (1) Lack of rainfall which will impact the depth of the canal; and (2) Vegetation overgrowth which is managed by Pinellas County. The inability to utilize the canal will not constitute a refund in any amount. *Standard nightly House rates include up to 8 people at no additional cost. Additional guest fees apply to parties of 9 or more guests. House Sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. (11 Adults and 3 Children or persons under 150 lbs. as rooms with bunk beds cannot exceed that weight for upper bunks please) *Home is equipped with exterior security cameras (only). This is to protect our guests and our property as well as aid in the contactless self check-in/check-out process for our guests. Cameras are turned off once guests checks in. Guest will have direct access to either the owner or designated representative that is familiar with the property. Owner and owners representative live locally so can assist in times of special need in timely fashion if the situation presents itself. Home is situated close to everything . You have every type of restaurant near by, the beach is a short drive from the home including Clearwater Beach which was rated #1 beach in the US, movie theater right down the street, multiple county parks near by with great amenities, grocery stores, a Walmart Super Center less than 3 minutes away, and even a comedy club and bar within walking distance. Innisbrook Golf Course also less than 1.5 miles away. Fantastic Palm Harbor location. Private Access Entire Home: 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, pool, patio, backyard, and dock looking over the canal. You’ll feel right at "Home" in this nearly 3,000 Sq. Feet home with its warm, inviting, and comfortable feel. Tastefully appointed and has all the features you would expect in a home like this. Sleeping Arrangements are as follows: Master Bedroom: King Sized Bed Bedroom 2: Bunk Bed with Full Sized mattress on bottom, and Twin Sized mattress on the top (150 lb. Weight limit on top bunks please); and Twin Sized Day Bed. Bedroom 3: Matching Set of (2) Bunk Beds with Full Sized mattress on bottom, and Twin Sized mattress on the top (150 lb. weight limit on top bunks please). Bedroom 4: King Sized bed. The Master bedroom is HUGE. Located on the west side of the home, it is basically it's own "wing" of the house. Features a King Sized bed, 43" HD 4K Flat Panel Smart TV, Sitting area, Dual Walk-In Closets, and a Master Bathroom with Jetted Therapeutic Spa Tub, Dual Head Shower, and Dual Vanity. The other Guest Bedrooms are on separate ends of the home, offering tons of privacy; one of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom. Home is also Centrally located to EVERYTHING including a Walmart Supercenter less than 3 min. Away; Grocery Stores, Innisbrook Golf Course, Restaurants and Bars, and even a Comedy Club within walking distance. Enjoy your stay and Welcome to Florida Living and all it has to offer! We had the best time! Everybody loved the property and everything it had to offer. Plenty of beds and extra pillows and blankets. I had a few people ask me to send them the link to this place after I posted about it. So id definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

The property was very well kept and the house is designed in a way that allows it to be spacious and still retain privacy amongst the guest with in the group! I would definitely recommend this host and their properties. Over all a great experience!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. It was exactly as described in the listing. Easy checking in. Property manager was great and readily available. The location can't be beat, with nearby beaches (10 - 30' drive), and wonderful restaurants within walking distance.

The house had a pleasant appeal, though a little refreshing could enhance its overall ambiance. Despite its proximity to both a boat store and the highway, which did introduce some noise, we found it to be adequately equipped with all the essentials. Our stay, all things considered, was enjoyable, and we're inclined to consider returning in the future.

Booked this place for a family vacation. the place exceeded our expectations, especially for the price! very clean and smelled great inside. the kids and all of us really enjoyed the pool and patio and spent a lot of time there. plenty of room for us to spread out, tv's in all the rooms were great for the kids and adults to unwind at the end of the day. location couldnt be better! so close to everything!

The property looked better online than in person. The furniture needs upgraded specifically the beds and living room furniture. The fridge was leaking and dryer air vent was disconnected in the back. The house has some damage on walls and ceiling that needs repaired. Overall it was a great location and quiet area. Also saw several roaches inside the house.

This house is magnificent and was perfect for our family and friends vacation. The pool is top notch. I paid the extra money for the “hot tub” that wasn’t really hot and only had limited time it was on. There were some minor issues with the house that kept my rating lower. The master bedroom mattress is horrible. I couldn’t get the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom to work. The dryer didn’t work well at all. With 9 people, we used the laundry quite a bit. The tv’s are very slow. You will need your own streaming passwords. The pluses are. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt very safe in the area. It is a residential and with 7 young adults with us I was worried about making too much noise. The kayaks were a nice touch. Other than minor house issues, it was clean, well equipped and beautiful.

Loved this house and proximity to Tarpon Springs. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool. Property manager was very responsive, when we had any issues they sent a handyman quickly.

The property is beautiful. Kitchen well equipped and pool area is resort like. We enjoyed our stay. The only minus is the showers were hard to work with and appear to be broken.

The home is beautiful and the pool was amazing. Unfortunately, we ran into some problems that made such a great place feel messy. There were an oddly large number of fruit flies in the kitchen when we arrived and despite doing more cleaning and laying out traps there were still fruit flies in the kitchen interrupting cooking and eating.
We also had a toilet flood in the house overnight. Fortunately, the property manager was quick to help out but it did wreck a whole day of our vacation worrying about if we would be able to stay in the property. They also didn't provide any compensation back for the incident which was a bummer.
The TV's "technically" work. You will need your own accounts to watch anything on them and most of them are so slow and frustrating to use that we left them off.
The floor was also incredibly dirty and when we moved the rugs (tripping hazards for one of our family members) we found a large amount dust, dirt and trash hidden beneath.
I feel bad because the house is beautiful and we did have a good time. But between the flies, the dirtiness, the barely working TV's and the fact that you have to pay extra to have a hot-tub that only works from 6-10 pm it is hard to say this was a 5 star stay.

I had all of my girls, who if which had kids, stay together in this house. It was everything and more than I could have ever hoped for for my wedding week! The house is STUNNING, the owners and managers are amazing, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was extremely clean and manager was very quick to respond. Hot tub never worked and has limited hours so inquire about that before paying extra for it. Mattresses could all stand to be replaced. Very cheap and saggy and do not match the otherwise excellent quality of the house. Bedding was good but the mattresses are as cheap as it gets. I recommend they all be replaced of five star reviews are expected.

Overall good, could have been excellent had there been a bit more attention to small details. Big things - we vrbo multiple times in past, if advertised pool and hot tub they should be usable, adding addional costs to have heat and use is just infuriating, include it in the price or don't have one! Same with grill, expected to grill and only had a broken down little charcoal grill, crazy for a couple hundred provide a nice gas grill or advertise there is none, not a pleasant surprise. No soap or shampoo in baths so we had to go buy some and waste valuable vacation time on what's customarily provided with fee. Beds were all soft and not one of our guests enjoyed the firmness of mattresses. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it's the little things that make all the difference in 4 versus 5 stars.

Home was large and nice for big group. The property management group was responsive and quick. We arrived after tropical storm and there were several leaks in the kitchen ceiling and they addressed quickly. The home needs some tlc overall (new paint, tile repairs, water stains, etc) and new mattresses in bunk and daybed rooms. The bathrooms had no washcloths or personal car products, no personal touches for guest convenience. The kitchen lacked most things needed if you wanted to make a meal for a large group, except for cups and plates. Most the outlets in the kitchen didn’t work. Was a great size for a large group to spread out. Location was convenient.

Beautiful property close to everything. Very comfortable for family and friends and plenty of privacy to escape to the main bedroom for reading and rejuvenating. Main bedroom shower and bath amazing and luxurious. Plenty of sleeping accommodations in the other 3 bedrooms. Very large deck and pool for summer fun. Lush grass in fenced in back area overlooking canal. Memories easily made here.

Nice for family
The entire family thought the house was grand and the perfect size for accommodating such a large group. It was very clean and well stocked with paper products and even had some picnic supplies (paper plates, plastic cups and flatware). We had 7 people staying at the house and another 3 local individuals visiting us at the house. There was plenty of space for sleeping and enough bathrooms to accommodate showers. We would stay there again if we had another need in the area. The manager was easy to get in touch with and very accommodating.
Some aspects of the house were aging. The hot tub was cracked and limited the seating and its light not functioning. The door knob into the main bedroom was not functioning. Where we found the description to be lacking: There was not enough silverware to accommodate a meal with 10 people. And when the adjacent bar is included there was enough seating for a meal but the description led us to believe there was a single table that would accommodate a large family. The main bedroom mattress was very soft.
The house is next to business which can be noisy during the week days between 8 and 6. But as we were out of the house most days it wasn’t a big issue.
