Being in the hospitality business - my best friend and I were really looking forward to getting away for a few days of R&R! Quick drive from the airport- and located within 2 blocks of the Strip - easily walkable Check in was pretty smooth - we arrived quite late - but navigated according to great instructions from our host. Our big disappointment was the cleanliness in the bathrooms unfortunately- several hairs on the floor - dirty towels left on the rack Lack of towels - no hand towels or wash cloths No extra bedding for pull out sofa I did reach out to the unit owner to make him aware and was very responsive in regard to our concern Nice corner unit - quiet The unit was very spacious and comfortable however

Property was as pictured and comfortable for a family of four. Having the monorail stop connected to the hotel was used to get to and from an event at the Sphere. Much better than fighting the crowds on the sidewalk! Only wish there was laundry available somewhere.

We had a wonderful time at your vacation rental. We really enjoyed having two bathrooms and a real big fridge. The location is nice because it is close to the Strip but quiet at night. The only issue we had was the battery was dead to use the safe. We didn't think it was worth bothering you about. We would love to stay there again. Thanks so much Blaine

We loved the property. Convenient to the strip but without the noise and marijuana smell that seemed to be everywhere this trip. It was great to be able to order groceries and have them delivered. We avoided the expensive food courts when we just wanted a snack or breakfast. We will definitely be looking to stay here on our next trip to Las Vegas.

It was a great experience staying at this vacation rental! Everything was super clean, modern and had all the amenities we needed. What's more, it didn't take us long at all to get from our room to the lobby or elevator, which was really convenient. We enjoyed the long covered walkway from the MGM to get on the strip. The walk back from the MGM was a great way to unwind after exploring the strip. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in the area.

Best was it's overall location in proximity to the Las Vegas strip and a short walk of approximately 10 minutes to the MGM Casino. Also, Joe (Owner) responded timely to my two requests to my satisfaction. The one down side is the unit needs a refresh and simply changing out the carpet would make a world of difference.

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday. There were some mechanical issues at the start, hot water was broken and shower door was leaking, but the property manager had them addressed asap. Overall enjoyed our vacation.

I had a great experience at this property. The host was very accommodating and communicative. I’ve stayed at this property several times in Tower 1. This property is in Tower 3, which is a bit of a further walk to the MGM and the Starbucks located at tower 1, but much cleaner, nicer, and quieter. Definitely worth the extra few steps! I woud absolutely stay here again.

Mr. Sanchez was more than accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us with an early check in. He was always quick to respond with any questions we had by email. The condo was extremely clean and welcoming. We will recommend his place to anybody who asks. The pricing for his condo is perfect!

This place was very nice and spacious. The building (all 3 signature buildings, which are connected) had everything we needed (starbucks, a quick bite, a bar and a nice gym) a short walk to the strip and being off the main strip we had an easy time getting quick lyfts which we needed a lot of for our weekend events. The buildings are gated and there were round the clock doormen and valet which was nice and gave us peace of mind. The suite was more spacious than we expected. Joe was very responsive and accommodating. We would have needed to pay 2x the price for a similar room in the casinos. We would all stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We used the pull out couch for our teen to sleep on and it was great that she was able to have her own space. A few minor cosmetic upgrades could be done to the bathrooms but it doesn’t impact function. Check in and valet process was a breeze and these towers are well situated on the strip. Thanks!

The shower needs a good scrub. The threshold to the bathroom doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned ever. The valet for that tower is very rarely on duty. If you want your car you have to go to tower 2. Check in takes a long time due to low staff in the tower.

This is an excellent property in Tower 3 - far away from the crowds and the casinos. We were in Vegas for a convention and after a long day, it was great to retreat to the apartment and get away from constant smoke smell that permeates all of the casinos. Very clean. It would have been nice to have the chest of drawers in the living room moved to the bedroom, instead of the writing desk that is in there - no place to put our clothes. The covered walkway to MGMGrand and the monorail worked perfectly for our needs. Our only issue was with the front desk - we had to contact them three times in order to get our luggage from the bellcap and it still took forever. We ran out of toilet paper and could not additional rolls from the staff. Also, the pool in Tower 3 was not accessible; only the pool in Tower 2 and Grand was open. No big deal unless you're there for the pool. We'll be back! Thanks!

Joe is a great communicator. There were a couple of items we needed and he got those to us and followed up to check on our stay. The full kitchen is the best part for us, we were here for a week, 1 trip to the grocery store and we didn't have to eat out ince. We would absolutely stay here agonce. Thank you!!
