Modern, bright and spacious 4 bedroom house with pool, only 12 mins from the Strip & airport. Quiet neighborhood. Close to all grocery stores and restaurants. Spacious 4 bedroom house, all bedrooms are upstairs, open living area downstairs. 4 queen beds. Air mattresses and all extra bedding are provided. Hi speed internet Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, pots and pans. -K-cup coffee maker, toaster. Coffee, tea, cream - large HD TV in living room.

This was a great place to stay; the owner was great with communication when necessary. The location was in a nice, quiet neighborhood, even friendly neighbors! I would highly recommend the property.

The home was perfect for a group of 9 ladies. Only 15 minutes away from the strip. Check in was smooth had no issues and the home felt very comfy. I will definitely book this home again.

Stayed to see family, see monster jam. Great property. Great owner.

House was very clean plenty of room for the 8 of us and my dog. Quiet area. We used stove and grill for meals without issue. A/C worked great at keeping us cool. Glad we were able to adjust temperature very hot 4 of July. Place was 8-12 minutes from airport , South point bowling center. 10- 15 minutes from strip. Family loved conervsating around the pool. Back next year if unit is available I would definitely rent again.
