This is our second time staying at this house. We returned to show others the spectacular views and relaxing and quiet area this house is located in. We enjoyed the stay again this year!

Our stay was great. Very private. No views of neighbor houses and very little traffic. The 180 degree view of the water looking from Red Hook to St Johns was amazing. We rented a jeep. Good parking just above the house. Very close drive to Red Hook and the ferry. Grocery shopping close by. Kitchen well equipped. Patio, pool and living room had plenty of comfortable seating. Would definitely recommend Stephens place.

Our family stayed a week at the property. It was a bit of a drive from the airport but totally worth it. The far northeast side of the island is great. We were close enough to visit Red Hook each day for anything we needed, but far enough away to have a very peaceful stay. There is very little traffic outside the property and great views facing St. John island. The property was clean and is well represented in the pictures. Would recommend this location to anyone who is visiting St. Thomas!!

The villa was absolutely amazing. The views were breathtaking and the trade winds kept us comfortable. Loved falling asleep to the crashing waves! Communication with the owner was great too, answered all questions when I had any. I would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to staying again! The view from deck was perfect, area close to or a close drive to many places . The house was clean and comfortable - feels like a home which is awesome ! had everything we needed and owner was great to work with . Quiet getaway and great light winds kept it comfortable .

We had a fantastic time listening to the ocean while sitting out by the pool. The property is in a location that is convenient to Red Hook and the ferries to St. John. Sunrises are early, but well worth getting up to see over the ocean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, wonderful place for vacation.

My family and I had an amazing week. It was a treat to wake up every day and enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio. This is the place to go if you want great views with peace and quiet. We will be back!

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. Property is very private, clean, and comfortable yet close to Red Hook. Bedrooms are spacious and AC/fans are great. Splendid views and outdoor spaces, the perfect vacation house!

The stay was do relaxing. Everything we did was about 5 to 10 mins away including the beach. We had a ball in the pool as well as just sitting on the deck lounging sight seeing. The view was amazing. The views from the outside pool area are breathtaking! The trade winds are amazing. It is located close to everything. Red Hook with its restaurants and shopping are just 5 minutes away. The house has everything you need for a fantastic vacation.

We had such a relaxing time enjoying the unbeatable views, outdoor seating areas and pool! In the living room, you have an awesome panoramic view of the islands and boats coming by. We even had a chance to see the moon come up over the islands! The neighborhood is not far from Red Hook but tucked away in a quiet area so felt very private and safe. We also had the best driver, Skeno, take the 7 of us around in his open air taxi truck to beaches, restaurants and the ferry. He was super reliable and professional - he owns JB Taxis and can be reached at 340.690.0148. Personally, I would not rent a car and just get around by taxi so you can enjoy your vacation and not be stressed about navigating narrow roads and hills!

The house worked out great for us. Away from the downtown area but easy enough to get to once you get a hang of the roads. The pool and the views are a nice addition when you get back from a fun beach day or adventuring around the island.

We had previously stayed at this property many years ago so when we decided to go back to St. Thomas this was one of first places we looked to book. The house has very nice accommodations, 2 bed, 2 bath as well as a pull out couch if you need additional bed space, comfortable beds, full kitchen and sunken living room. Outside is a large deck with plenty of seating around the infinity pool. The views of St. John and the BVI is just breathtaking. This place is off the beaten path on Cabrita point so it is quiet and private. There is one house attached on the other side but we never saw whomever lives there. The drive to Red Hook is approximately 5 minutes so you have quick access to great resteraunts, bars, boat tours and the car/passenger ferries to St. John. Stephan was great to deal with and extremely responsive to any questions we had. When we come back to St. Thomas this will be the first place we look at.

The location was beautiful-you cannot beat that view. We could see St. John to the right, and got to see all the boats and ferries sailing past. It was really close to Red Hook (restaurants, ferries) and not a far drive into the main part of St. Thomas. We didn't get to utilize the pool due to weather, but it looked great! The amenities (bedding, towels, etc) were top notch. And great support from the owner!

Magnificent view, comfortable accommodations, great location-easy access to ferry for St.John.

Stayed at condo with wife, son, dil and baby. Upon arrival we were blown away with views from the property. Waterfront with views from RedHook to St John. The pictures on line don’t do it justice. You never felt like you had to leave the property but so close to restaurants and great beaches. We took the ferry from RedHook to St John twice. Ferry is 10 minutes away. The property is in a shared building but we never saw the neighbors. The units are very separate and the other unit does not have access to the pool. The pool was very clean and was a perfect place to relax. The kitchen and one bath could use some updating but everything was functional. The inside sitting area is nice for nighttime relaxing.

This fabulous property is just as described. The outdoor space and view were amazing. We loved swimming in the pool, Barbecuing on the patio while watching the sailboats pass. I traveled with my 4 grown children and there was plenty of space everyone. The breeze throughout the house kept it cool and we never had to utilize the AC. Thank you for sharing your home with us?

Our stay was fantastic! We are a family of 5 with three children, ages 17-21. So two of the kids were able to each get their own pull out couch. There is plenty of space in the living area. Owner was great in communications and notifying us how to put on nice outdoor lighting. Outdoor music speakers were a bonus when hanging outside or in the pool. Outdoor bar area was fun too. The view can't be exaggerated. It was gorgeous to look across at St. John, the BVI and many other islands. You need to rent a vehicle (highly recommended and do it as far in advance as possible as they are difficult to find) or find a driver at the beginning of your trip who you can contact anytime you need to go anywhere. Location is convenient to Red Hook and ferry. I would highly recommend this property!

This house and it’s location were amazing! It has an incredible view of St. John and other islands, and of the boats cruising by from the pool deck. The outdoor space and private pool were an absolute oasis, and the house was clean and super comfortable. The host was communicative and helpful on checkin, and all directions were clear. Can’t wait to stay here again!
